Вчера встретились с Антоном Рудановым для продолжения обсуждения деталей запуска программы "Битва за Цели".
Темой разговора стали технические вопросы и тонкости проведения программы. С прошлого запуска мы вынесли много важных уроков, получили обратную связь от участников и в этот раз планируем учесть все самые важные моменты.
Одной из наших задач сделать максимально технологичным процесс взаимодействия участников между собой и с наставниками проекта. Именно поэтому мы сделали акцент на вопросы доработки платформы SmartProgress.ru, которая обеспечивает проведение программы в он-лайне.
Главным изменением будет, внедренная новая система домашних заданий. Теперь их можно выполнять последовательно. Задания будут трех видов. Первое, где важно просто поставить галочку о выполнении. Второе, где надо написать отчет. И третий, где отчет должен быть отмодерирован наставником или куратором.
Так же система наконец обзаведется новым мобильным приложением, которое позволит иметь полноценный доступ к он-лайн программе. Делать отписки по целям, привязанным к программе, прикреплять фото отчеты, писать в обсуждениях группы, отчитываться по домашним заданиям и главное наблюдать за динамикой остальных участников программы.
Второй важный вопрос, которого мы коснулись это вопрос администрирования программы. Мы учли летний опыт и в осеннем запуске у нас появится полноценный администратор, который будет отвечать на все технические вопросы и помогать участникам справится со сложностями управления системой, подключения к трансляциям и любыми другими, которые могут возникнуть.
И конечно же мы учли пожелание по качеству связи на наших трансляциях. Мы проработаем этот вопрос и сделаем так, чтобы связь не прерывалась, а доступ был со всех мобильных устройств.

We took into account years of experience and in the autumn launch we will have a full-fledged administrator who will answer all technical questions and help participants cope with the complexities of managing the system, connecting to broadcasts and any others that may arise.
And of course, we took into account the desire for the quality of communication on our broadcasts. We will work through this issue and make sure that the connection is not interrupted, and access is from all mobile devices.
