Школа будущего. Зачем мы строим школу на Бали

Так получилось, что я не смогла выбрать идеальную для нашей семьи (эмммм...для ребёнка из нашей семьи) школу, хотя хороших международных здесь немало.
Хороших, но не идеальных. По крайней мере, для нас.

Хороших = международных (на английском языке и с соответствующим разнообразием национальностей) и построенных иностранцами, с глубокой культурной повесткой (танцы, религия, философия), с большим вниманием физике тела (танцы, бассейн, йога) и метафизике души (медитация, принципы неогуманизма и др).

Вот что меня не устроило в существующих:

1⃣ Странный каникулярный период (привязан к местным праздникам) — дети выбывают на каникулы аж на месяц зимой и пару месяцев летом, каждый месяц по 2-3 выходных среди недели из-за обилия праздников в индонезийском календаре. Для детей это, как ни парадоксально, не отдых, а стресс. Особенно для таких циклических генераторов, как Василиса (привет всем, кто в теме Хьюман дизайна).
Вывод: надо чтобы расписание поддерживало ритм жизни семьи и личные циклы ребёнка, а не нарушало их.

2⃣ Уровень чистоты и гигиены помещения. Увы. Это общая азиатская проблема, к которой в целом я отношусь толерантно (коли уж сама живу и разделяю все сопутствующие особенности). Однако есть вещи, на которые я могу повлиять. Чеклисты уборки, особенности гигиены туалета для девочек, удобные по росту рукомойники, дезинфекторы для рук и уборка территории «по стандарту ISO 9001”, проверка продуктов нитратомером, эко-средства для мытья вместо убивающего нормальную микрофлору доместоса.
Что бы к этому списку добавили вы?

3⃣ Особенности нашего образа жизни и семейных традиций, которых в обычной школе не предусмотрено, потому что устроители не мыслят этими категориями (и это нормально). Значит, их можно построить. Мастермайнд детей и шеринг, ежемесячное планирование и уроки семьестроительства (как девочкам быть девочками, а мальчикам — мальчиками).
Публичные выступления и перформансы в стиле TEDx talks, возможность поддерживать учебу онлайн во время путешествий и отъездов, проектная работа вместе с родителями, конференции для детей и уроки «дети-детям» со скилл-шерингом. Да, и эмоциональный интеллект. Много-много внимания чувствам, осознаванию себя и обсуждению этого с другими.
Сейчас мы исследуем методики обучения в лучших школах мира и анализируем опыт гуманной педагогики на современной почве.
Погружаюсь в прогнозы ученых по поколению Альфа, к которому принадлежат наши дети (рождённые после 2010-х гг). Дети поколения Альфа — те самые digital natives, рождённые с айпадами в руках и умеющие за секунду (!) распознавать содержимое единицы контента, привыкшие следовать за своими digital nomads родителями, обещающие стать самым образованным и обеспеченным поколением за всю историю человечества...и при этом дети как дети: со своими особенностями, сложностями и ограничителями.
Может ли школа это учитывать?
Можем ли мы, родители, создать такую среду?
Может ли она существовать не только здесь на Бали, но и быть перенесённой с помощью встроенных образовательных модулей и онлайн-технологий в учебный план любой — условно самарской или гренландской Школы — если такой запрос у родителей будет?..
Не знаю. Нам ещё только предстоит ответить на эти вопросы. Будет ли это Школа будущего или Школа настоящего, ответит только время. Я лишь понимаю, что не могу не делать, школа все равно будет, и это то, что больше меня. Я лишь инструмент в руках какой-то миссии, и без высокопарных фраз и простым языком: я просто хочу построить классную школу для прекрасных детей, где они становятся ещё прекраснее.

School of the future. Why are we building a school in Bali

It so happened that I could not choose the ideal school for our family (ummm ... for a child from our family), although there are many good international ones here.
Good, but not perfect. At least for us.

Good = international (in English and with a corresponding variety of nationalities) and built by foreigners, with a deep cultural agenda (dance, religion, philosophy), with great attention to the physics of the body (dancing, swimming, yoga) and the metaphysics of the soul (meditation, principles of neo-humanism and etc.).

1⃣ Strange vacation period (tied to local holidays) - children go on vacation for as much as a month in winter and a couple of months in summer, every month for 2-3 weekends due to the abundance of holidays in the Indonesian calendar. For children, this, paradoxically, is not relaxation, but stress. Especially for cyclical generators like Vasilisa (hello everyone in the Human Design topic).
Conclusion: it is necessary that the schedule maintains the rhythm of family life and the child's personal cycles, and does not violate them.

2⃣ The level of cleanliness and hygiene of the room. Alas. This is a common Asian problem, to which I am generally tolerant (since I myself live and share all the attendant features). However, there are things that I can influence. Cleaning checklists, hygiene features of the toilet for girls, comfortable washstands, hand sanitizers and cleaning the territory "according to ISO 9001", checking products with a nitrate meter, eco-friendly detergents instead of domestos that kill normal microflora.
What would you add to this list?

Children mastermind and sharing, monthly planning and family building lessons (how girls are girls and boys are boys).
Public speaking and performances in the style of TEDx talks, the opportunity to support online learning during travel and departure, project work with parents, conferences for children and lessons "children to children" with skill sharing. Yes, and emotional intelligence. A lot, a lot of attention to feelings, awareness of oneself and discussing this with others.
Now we are researching teaching methods in the best schools in the world and analyzing the experience of humane pedagogy on modern soil.
I dive into the predictions of scientists for the Alpha generation, to which our children belong (born after the 2010s). Children of generation Alpha are the very same digital natives, born with iPads in their hands and able to recognize the contents of a piece of content in a second (!), Accustomed to following their digital nomads parents, promising to become the most educated and wealthy generation in the history of mankind ... and In this, children are like children: with their own characteristics, difficulties and limitations.
Can the school take this into account?
Can we parents create such an environment?
Can it exist not only here in Bali, but also be transferred with the help of built-in educational modules and online technologies into the curriculum of any - conditionally Samara or Greenland School - if parents have such a request? ..
