ПЛАТФОРМА
Для большинства людей не связанных со строительством это слово скорее всего ассоциируется с вокзалом. (Не исключаю, что и для многих людей связанных со строительством тоже)
Однако, для меня, слово ПЛАТФОРМА - это в первую очередь технология, а потом уже поезда и ботинки.
Однозначно обнадеживает растущее количество людей, предочитающих строительство по проекту. И еще больше воодушевляет, что среди этих людей все больше тех, кто способен оценить, что само КАЧЕСТВО проектирования тоже имеет значение и весьма осязаемо.
Ситуация с проектированием загородных домов у нас сейчас мне напоминает некое добровольное страхование. Другими словами, никто никого ничего проектировать не заставляет и никак не контролирует процесс.
Если в трех словах: СТРОЙ КАК ХОЧЕШЬ.
Наличие и глубина проработки проекта всецело зависит от сознательности заказчика. Вообще, если вдуматься, то это настолько абсурдное положение дел, что даже немножечко сложно в это поверить. (Хотя, нет, заглянул в свой паспорт и все встало на свои места - это Россия ????♂️).
Надеюсь рано или поздно эта ситуация изменится в лучшую сторону (при этом не повлечет за собой стопку бюрократических проволочек и коррумпированных проверяльщиков)
Так вот, на данный момент, проектирование каркасных домов официально регламентируется Сводом Правил 31-105-2002, но, повторюсь, документ это носит лишь рекомендательный характер и разрезе загородного строительства юридически приравнен к нетленке "Мы всегда так делали и ничё".
Умные дяди на форумхаусе на перебой заявляют, что этот СП 31-105 "лишь урезанная копия Северо-Американских КОДов".
Видимо, в отличии от дядь, мой технический английский не так хорош, чтобы перечитывать амеровские коды перед сном. Но не удивлюсь, если так оно и есть.
Хорошо, что в далеком 1999г на русский язык была переведена прекрасная книжка товарища Микко Вильякайнена - Справочник "ПЛАТФОРМА".
Уже в само название книги, заложена некая особенность возведения каркаса дома. Суть в том, что каждый этаж собирается на готовом черновом покрытии пола. Это значительно ускоряет и упрощает процесс сборки, при этом не противоречит требованиям СП.

However, for me, the word PLATFORM is first of all technology, and then trains and boots.
The growing number of people preferring construction according to the project is definitely encouraging. And it is even more encouraging that among these people there are more and more of those who are able to appreciate that the very QUALITY of design also matters and is very tangible.
The situation with the design of country houses now reminds me of some kind of voluntary insurance. In other words, no one forces anyone to design anything and does not control the process in any way.
In three words: BUILD AS YOU WANT.
The presence and depth of the project development entirely depends on the conscience of the customer. In general, if you think about it, this is such an absurd state of affairs that it is even a little hard to believe it. (Although, no, I looked into my passport and everything fell into place - this is Russia ???? ♂️).
Hopefully, sooner or later, this situation will change for the better (it will not entail a stack of bureaucratic delays and corrupt inspectors)
So, at the moment, the design of frame houses is officially regulated by the Code of Rules 31-105-2002, but, I repeat, this document is only advisory in nature and the section of suburban construction is legally equated to the imperishable "We have always done this and nothing."
Clever uncles at the forumhouse at the interruption state that this joint venture 31-105 "is only a stripped-down copy of the North American CODs."
Apparently, unlike my uncles, my technical English is not good enough to re-read amerovsky codes before bedtime. But I wouldn't be surprised if this is the case.
It is good that in the distant 1999 the excellent book by Comrade Mikko Viljakainen - the PLATFORM Handbook - was translated into Russian.
Already in the very title of the book, there is a certain feature of the construction of the frame of the house. The bottom line is that each floor is assembled on a finished rough floor covering. This significantly speeds up and simplifies the assembly process, while not contradicting the requirements of the joint venture.
