Кладу руку на деревянную стену собственного дома и клянусь говорить только правду и ничего кроме правды
#КлееныйБрус - материал противоречивый. Уверен, "понять" его можно только на собственном опыте. "Интеренеты" в бОльшей мере все только запутывают, т к либо нахваливают, либо ругают этот материал (в зависимости от принадлежности к его производству).
Глубокий анализ теплотехнических расчетов и эмиссии формальдегида рассматривать не будем. Оставим это дело диванным экспертам.
Я проводил среди своих заказчиков опрос и вот мой личный перечень причин за что именно люди выбирают дома из клееного бруса:
Во-первых - это эстетика. Характерная архитектура с консолями, перерубами и большими свесами крыши. Дом выглядит, как деревянный и является таковым. Пахнет внутри деревом. Стучишь по стенке и понимаешь - массив ????. При этом конструкция лишена всех огромных недостатков деревянного зодчества, таких как усадка, трещины и щели.
В общем, дом из КБ - это СОВРЕМЕННЫЙ ДЕРЕВЯННЫЙ ДОМ для любителей "быть, а не казаться"
Во-вторых, КБ в России- это уже некий статус, а следовательно, более дорогой сегмент рынка автоматически снижающий число безответственных исполнителей и повышающий шансы совпадения ожиданий с реальностью.
Все. Остальные причины, по которым люди либо отказываются от КБ, либо наоборот выбирают его в большинстве своем стоят на фундаменте из дезинформации или неведения. Поэтому далее я приведу ряд заблуждений о клееном брусе:
1. КБ - это дерево, а дерево горит.
Полная чушь. Горят занавески, дымоходы, кастрюли на плите, но не стены. КБ имеет высокую плотность и по этой причине не поддерживает горение без принудительного нагнетания кислорода. Поджигать стену из клееного бруса - это как кинуть в костерок пень.
2. КБ склеивают, а это неэкологично.
Неверно. Клей имеет все необходимые сертификаты и не имеет контакта с внутренними помещениями.
3. КБ - это очень дорого.
Да, это одна из наиболее дорогих технологий, но если рассматривать итоговую стоимость дома с учетом инженерии, отделки и благоустройства, то доплата за материал стен будет в пределах 5% от бюджета.

3. KB is very expensive.
