Сегодня мы выступаем с презентациями перед экспертами фонда поддержки соц предприятий, чтобы они решили , кто на 2 месяца попадёт в гонку проектов, а кто нет.
Позади тонны информации. И что самое приятно неприятное: нужно приехать домой, и всё применить на наш проект.
Лекция о юнит экономике ещё больше запутала. Видите ежедневный примерный список задач предпринимателя на 1 слайде?
Так вот его можно и нужно проранжировать, исходя из эффекта на рост нашего бизнеса.
Мой мозг закрылся в какой—то момент на количестве непонятных терминов ARPU и тд и после того, как спикер объяснил, что многие международные аббревиатура названы некорретно, а про русский перевод вообще можно молчать. В общем, спасательно круга нет, нужно вникать.
Я потом подошла к спикеру с вопросом, к кому идти за консультацией или где учиться, чтобы это применять, когда появятся задачи и числа.
Ответ: всего лишь 5 человек в стране владеют этим.
Ну что ж: каков вопрос, таков и ответ.

Узнали про то, что воронка продаж — это про любовь) и много примеров потрясающего хайпа и гроссхаккинга.
PS пыталась повторить позу Иры на красной площади, но была ночь,и всё размыто)
