С болью в сердце слежу за развитием ситуации с отобранием детей у мамы Олеси Уткиной. Там беда.
Наши специалисты по приглашению Марии Эрмель были на встрече в Комитете по социальной политике всех причастных к ситуации. Вышли не слишком утешенные. Им рассказали, какая мама не идеальная, два раза детей позже 19-ти из детского сада забрала, и майонез с ножем был на тумбочке. и дети в пижамах, и у старшей свалявшаяся косичка...как хорошо, что у меня с детства табу на брань. ...но в исковом, думаю, не это будет. Если в акт обследования при изъятии можно написать, что мать была пьяна, не приложив экспертизы (т.е. голословно: если была пьяна - почему не сделано освидетельствование?), то что же можно написать таким вольным стилем в прочие документы? Когда на карт, как у нас становится принятым, не интересы семьи и детей, а честь мундира и вопрос - кто же возьмет на себя ответственность?
Мама Олеся Уткина - героическая, в моем понимании, женщина. Не потому, что косички ровно плетет, а потому что, если бы я была глухая мать -одиночка, и у меня бы отняли детей, с которыми я изо всех сил в условиях этой тяжкой коммунальной жизни на пособие бьюсь, как рыба об лед, а малыш болен орфанным заболеванием, и считаю я каждую копейку, а соседка хочет меня выжить и милиция чуть что, и все пугают, что детей отберут и нету помощи не откуда...и тут на меня навалилась бы вся эта махина - на меня, одинокую, некомпетентную, беспомощную и глухую, я бы уже точно бы запила или спятила. Просто для того, чтобы выйти из этой страшной реальности неравной, безъисходной борьбы.
А она терпит. Не сдается. Ходит с бумагами. Навещает детей. Верит, как ребенок, что мы с Вами - такие умные, уверенные, с адвокатами и интернетами ей поможем, если она будет нас слушаться, и все правильно сделает. Что мы сможем вернуть ее детей. У нее в первый раз в жизни появилась надежда. Мы с Вами эта надежда. Мы - добрые люди, которые помогут.
Давайте ее не подведем. Я не знаю, сколько она еще сможет продержаться и не сломаться.
Мне кажется, что есть люди, которые обрадуются. если она сломается. Тогда они смогут сказать: "Мы же вам говорили!" - и забрать ее детей навсегда.
Если для того, чтобы вернуть детей, должен проголосовать весь Санкт-Петербург, или почти весь, потому, что на голосование причастных чиновников я не рассчитываю, пусть он проголосует.
Пожалуйста. пусть это случится. Пусть каждому из нас будет на кого опереться в беде. Пусть нас не распнут и не бросят.
