Рада сообщить, что мы начинаем Новый год с танцев ???????? впереди много планов, задумок и целей ???????????? ❗️NEW❗️Уже в ЯНВАРЕ набираю НОВУЮ ГРУППУ (уровень 0, начинающие) или, так называемый, DANCE CLASS, level 0.
Программа будет отличаться от обычных танцевальных занятий!!! Подробности сообщу в последующих постах. А пока о цели занятий: расширить двигательный репертуар, познакомиться со своим телом и его возможностями, узнать о связи эмоционального состояния и телесного ощущения... ????
Все вопросы в Директ или ВК ????

I'm glad to announce that we are starting the New Year with dancing ???????? there are many plans, ideas and goals ahead ???????????? ❗️NEW❗️Already in JANUARY, I am typing a NEW GROUP (level 0, beginners) or, the so-called, DANCE CLASS, level 0.
The program will be different from the usual dance classes !!! The details will be announced in subsequent posts. In the meantime, about the purpose of the classes: to expand the motor repertoire, get to know your body and its capabilities, learn about the connection between the emotional state and bodily sensation ... ????
