Это было здорово. Возможно лучший звук на крытой площадке, который я когда-либо слышал. С первых секунд всё настолько ровно и чётко было отстроено до самых мелочей, что порой казалось слушаешь пластинку. Причём картина была идентичной как у сцены, так и в глубине зала. Пожалуй, это меня поразило больше всего, а это уже серьёзная заявка на успех выступления. Команда выложилась по полной, но в Хельсинки как известно халтурить нельзя, поэтому это как раз было не особо удивительно. Лиззи и Арджей были отчетливо выделены светотехником на протяжении всего концерта, а Джо и Джош оставались как бы в тени. Но если гитарист как-то пытался выбираться из темноты, регулярно подкармливая медиаторами пришедших и подпевая в микрофон вокалистки, то басист предпочел остаться практически незаметным. Впрочем, брат с сестрой тянули на себя одеяло так, что флангам не оставалось никаких шансов. Лиззи, сменив с пяток Гибсонов за всё выступление, из кожи вон лезла будь то баллада или очередной боевик, демонстрируя весь свой вокальный потенциал. Арджей харизматичнеший барабанщик в принципе (таких бы побольше) выдал совершенно не занудое и не скучное соло, как это бывает в большинстве случаев. Общение с залом, смешные прыжки за ударной установкой. Он чуть ли не в прямом смысле выпрыгивал из штанов. Вспомнил и Rock And Roll All Nite и Highway To Hell, а гигантские барабанные палки ненароком напомнили покойного Эй Джей Перо из Twisted Sister (похожие можно увидеть в клипе The Price).
Сетлист преимущественно состоял из вещей с последней пластинки, что и понятно, ибо тур идёт в поддержку как раз Into The Wild Life, но и предыдущие два альбома были не забыты. Ураганная Love Bites, качовая Freak Like Me, размеренная I Get Off, It’s Not You и кульминация в виде I Miss The Misery. Все эти моменты лишь накаляли и без того взрывную обстановку. Народ был просто в восторге. Но, кстати, людей могло бы быть и побольше. Было довольно свободно, но очень комфортно. На Arch Enemy и Amaranthe яблоку негде было упасть, здесь же заветные слова для каждого артиста Sold out в этот раз остались лишь в мечтах музыкантов, но это, конечно, никоим образом не сказалось на качестве выступления. Подводя черту, скажу, что это был один из лучших и качественных концертов на моей памяти. И главное слово здесь именно качество во всех смыслах. Это идеальное выступление для поклонников группы. Я даже не знаю, что нужно сделать ещё, чтобы получилось лучше. Ну, а я, наконец-то, увидел Halestorm вживую, о чём давно мечтал. За два последних года я трижды собирался на них попасть, но каждый раз всё обламывалось по тем или иным причинам. И вот все пробелы будут восполнены в полном объёме, ведь впереди ещё два концерта в России, которые теперь я уже просто не могу позволить себе пропустить. Думаю будет жарко.
P.S. Лиззи, вряд ли ты прочтёшь это когда-нибудь, но никогда не надевай чулки с юбкой в том виде, в котором ты выступала перед финской аудиторией. Хотя может для фриков самое оно, если вы понимаете о чём я. ;)

That was great. Possibly the best indoor sound I've ever heard. From the first seconds, everything was so smoothly and clearly built up to the smallest detail that at times it seemed to be listening to the record. Moreover, the picture was identical both at the stage and in the back of the hall. Perhaps this struck me most of all, and this is already a serious claim for the success of the performance. The team did their best, but in Helsinki, as you know, you can't cheat, so it just wasn't particularly surprising. Lizzie and Arj were clearly highlighted by the lighting technician throughout the concert, while Joe and Josh remained in the shadows. But if the guitarist somehow tried to get out of the darkness, regularly feeding the newcomers with picks and singing along to the vocalist's microphone, the bassist preferred to remain practically invisible. However, the brother and sister pulled the blanket over themselves so that the flanks had no chance. Lizzie, having replaced the Gibsons for the entire performance, went out of her way, whether it was a ballad or another action movie, demonstrating all her vocal potential. Arjay, a charismatic drummer, in principle (there would be more of them) did not produce a boring and boring solo at all, as it happens in most cases. Communication with the audience, funny jumps for the drum kit. He almost literally jumped out of his pants. I also remembered Rock And Roll All Nite and Highway To Hell, and the giant drumsticks inadvertently reminded the late A.J. Pero from Twisted Sister (similar can be seen in the video for The Price).

Summing it up, I will say that it was one of the best and highest quality concerts in my memory. And the main word here is quality in every sense. This is the perfect performance for the band's fans. I don't even know what else needs to be done to make it better. Well, I finally saw Halestorm live, which I have long dreamed of. Over the past two years, I was going to get on them three times, but each time everything broke off for one reason or another. And now all the gaps will be filled in full, because there are still two concerts ahead in Russia, which now I simply cannot afford to miss. I think it will be hot.
P.S. Lizzie, you are unlikely to read this someday, but never wear stockings and skirts in the form in which you performed in front of a Finnish audience. Although it may be the most for freaks, if you know what I mean. ;)
