Давно хотела написать об этом, сегодня как раз обсуждение возникло. В этом посте будет много триггеров на болезненные темы, поэтому, если подозреваете себя в адекватности, прочитайте внимательно прежде, чем реагировать.
Однажды я ехала по Москве и "увидела", почему люди в России не выходят на улицы, как в некоторых других странах. Почему терпят и соглашаются с тем, как назначается сверху. И это оказалось просто до смешного.
Потому ... что они не платят налоги.
Ведь если ты точно знаешь внутри себя, что сам не исполняешь свои обязательства в полную, внутри не соберётся та сила, что поможет выступить против несправедливости.
А дальше я поняла, что люди "сверху" знают и понимают этот аспект психологии масс в нашей стране, и поэтому даже не напрягаются. Ведь всегда можно спросить и проверить. И если у тех, кто взывает к справедливости, у самих рыльце в пушку, то бунт будет тут же подавлен простым вопросом.
Далее ещё интересный момент. Я подумала о тех, кто налоги платит. Как они себя чувствуют от того, что их меньшинство? Считают ли они главным врагом правительство?
Нет...их психология начинает меняться. Они начинают видеть, что у них отнимают не только чиновники, но и вот эти люди, что в качестве протеста и недовольства решили не платить.
"Я плачу, ты не платишь. Значит, я покрываю и твои долги тоже".
Но такие люди ничего никому не предъявляют. Мир так устроен, что взрослая позиция превращает человека в деятеля и создателя, ему некогда разбираться, а инфантильная держит в позиции судьи и критика, что поможет скрыть свои собственные невыполненные обязательства.

Обсуждение возникло под постом о том, что мир делится на обиженных, которым жизнью не даётся, и на благодарных, которым даётся. И возник вопрос, а как же политики, которым "далось"?...
Гимн всех обиженных звучит так: "Сначала Вы - мне, и только тогда я - Вам".
Так и ждут инфантилы всех мастей, как перед ними склонятся сначала родители, а потом и правители.

Увидеть это помог богатый опыт проживания в других странах. Есть такое понятие - плата за пребывание в стране. Формально её не берут, нет такой позиции. Но неформально...все поборы, расходы, налоги, правила - всё это оплата за пользование территорией.
Например, во многих странах Юго-Восточной Азии жить очень дёшево. И это проявлено не столько в тех платежах, которые платишь, сколько в тех, что не платишь. Вот - причина, по которой туда уезжают на перезагрузку и отдых от напряжённых требований системы. С тебя не спросят. Но и взамен мало дадут.
А есть, например, Сингапур. Где люди после 60 лет уже не живут, уезжают в соседние страны. В таком возрасте не потянуть местные поборы и расходы на пользование страной.
В Австралии, во время кругосветного путешествия, после жизни в странах ЮВА с бюджетом 30 долларов в день, у меня ушло 1600 долларов за первую неделю с учётом того, что остановилась у друзей. Я ничего особо не покупала, просто страна столько стоит. И это вылезает в каждом действии и шаге, который делаешь.

Так, вот. По сравнению со странами Запада, Штатами, Океанией (я прожила, вела многомесячный быт и в Америке, и в Новой Зеландии) Россия - пока что достаточно дешёвая страна. Не потому, что здесь дешёвые цены, а потому, что пока тут есть возможности не платить.
Не платить налоги, не платить огромные штрафы за простои имущества, которым не успел распорядиться, не платить за многоступенчатые службы сервиса и множественных посредников.
Также, пока что есть возможность получать очень хороший сервис за умеренные деньги, и не попадать в ситуацию, когда штраф за неправильную парковку подержаного авто может превышать стоимость самого авто (В Австралии у меня забрали автомобиль за просроченный неоплаченный вовремя штраф и продали на аукционе, оставив деньги службе рейнджеров, всё в рамках закона).

Интересно, что когда в дешёвых странах типа России жизнь начинает двигаться в сторону более здорового баланса взаимодействия верха и низа, и низ вынуждают брать больше ответственности за свою жизнь, оплачивать больше взносов за проживание, низ этот бунтует и настаивает на том, что сначала ему должны возместить все нереализованные фантазии и ущербы.
Но только ни по каким законам психологии это никогда не работает: те, кто способны отдавать - отдают без условий и сложных алгоритмов, делают это во имя развития себя и близких. А у тех, у кого вчера были одни виноватые, чтобы не отдавать, завтра появляются новые.
ЗЫ Этот пост никаким образом не означает, что нужно смириться и терпеть, глотать и плакать. Реальные действия могут делаться параллельно с выполнением своих обязательств.

And if those who call for justice themselves have a stigma in the cannon, then the rebellion will be immediately suppressed by a simple question.
Next is another interesting point. I thought about those who pay taxes. How do they feel about being a minority? Do they see the government as their main enemy?
No ... their psychology is starting to change. They begin to see that not only officials are being taken away from them, but also these people, that as a protest and discontent they decided not to pay.
"I am crying, you are not paying. So I cover your debts too."
But such people do not present anything to anyone. The world is arranged in such a way that the adult position turns a person into a doer and creator, he has no time to figure it out, and the infantile one holds the judge and critic in the position, which will help to hide his own unfulfilled obligations.

The anthem of all the offended sounds like this: "First, you - to me, and only then I - to you."
This is how infantiles of all stripes await, as parents will bow before them first, and then the rulers.

The rich experience of living in other countries helped to see this. There is such a concept - payment for staying in the country. Formally, they do not take it, there is no such position. But informally ... all levies, expenses, taxes, rules - all this is payment for the use of the territory.
For example, in many countries of Southeast Asia, living is very cheap. And this is manifested not so much in those payments that you pay, as in those that you do not pay. This is the reason why people go there to reboot and rest from the strenuous requirements of the system. They won't ask you. But they will give little in return.
And there is, for example, Singapore. Where people no longer live after 60 years, they leave for neighboring countries. At this age, do not pull the local fees and costs of using the country.
In Australia, while traveling around the world, after living in Southeast Asia with a budget of $ 30 a day, it took me $ 1,600 for the first week, taking into account the fact that I was staying with friends. I didn't buy anything, it's just that the country costs so much. And it comes out in every action and step that you do.

It is interesting that when in cheap countries like Russia life begins to move towards a healthier balance of interaction between the top and the bottom, and the bottom is forced to take more responsibility for their lives, pay more living fees, this bottom rebelles and insists that first compensate for all unfulfilled fantasies and damages.
But it never works according to any laws of psychology: those who are able to give give without conditions and complex algorithms, doing it in the name of developing themselves and their loved ones. And those who had only guilty ones yesterday, so as not to give up, tomorrow will have new ones.
