Мой покойный дедушка рассказывал мне один случай с войны

"Фашисты пришли в их деревню, издевались над людьми, собрали вечером всех детей и приставили к стенке 12 малышей, чтобы расстрелять... Несколько мужчин с той деревни встали перед детьми, их расстреляли, дети живы, но спустя две минуты на них опять наставили оружие, стало еще несколько мужчин и стариков перед детьми, их опять расстреляли, фашистов это начало веселить, так продолжалось до тех пор, пока все мужчины не были расстреляны.

Не осталось ни одного. И вот опять прицелы наведены на детей, но теперь перед ними стали женщины, которых было не так уже и много, фашисты посмеялись, ещё раз прицелились, но уже в женщин. Спустя мгновенье раздался крик "ОГОНЬ!" и все фашисты, как один, упали замертво на землю. Оказалось, что мужчины из деревни послали одного за помощью, сказали, что у него немного времени, что они задержат немцев и сохранят жизни детей.

Они сохранили жизни детей ценой своих. Эти 15-20 минут они мужественно становились перед детьми и понимали, что так нужно, что они настоящие мужчины и что это их последний день, последние минуты жизни... Дедушка был одним из этих детей."
