Исаакиевской собор:
•Собор несколько раз перестраивали-всего зданий было четыре (от деревянной церкви до творения Монферрана, которое мы видим сейчас)
•Нынешнему собору ровно 200 лет с начала строительств (1818-2018)
•«Микеланджело Севера» (как назвал А.Дюма Огюста Монферрана) умер через месяц после окончания строительств, как ему и нагадали
•112 монолитных колонн были возведены БЕЗ каких-либо подъёмных кранов, только инженерная мысль и рельсовый механизм (см. на гравюре)
•Исакий - это сокровищница цветного камня (400 кг золота, 500 кг лазурита, 16 тонн малахита и 1000 тонн бронзы)
•Строительство собора сфотографировали – и это была одна из первых фотографий в нашей стране (фото я так и не нашла)
•На стенах и колоннах местами сохранены следы от снарядов времён ВОВ (из-за своего огромного золотого купола был заметной мишенью для немецких лётчиков)
•Сейчас это не просто собор, а музей «Исаакиевский собор» со смотровой площадкой на город
•Билет в музей 250 руб, билет на колоннаду 150 руб (на пожалейте 400 руб, сходите)

• The current cathedral is exactly 200 years old from the beginning of construction (1818-2018)
• "Michelangelo of the North" (as A. Dumas called Auguste Montferrand) died a month after the end of construction, as he was told
• 112 monolithic columns were erected WITHOUT any lifting cranes, only engineering thought and rail mechanism (see on engraving)
• Isaac is a treasury of colored stone (400 kg of gold, 500 kg of lapis lazuli, 16 tons of malachite and 1000 tons of bronze)
• The construction of the cathedral was photographed - and this was one of the first photographs in our country (I never found a photo)
• On the walls and columns, traces of shells from the Great Patriotic War have been preserved in places (because of its huge golden dome it was a noticeable target for German pilots)
• Now it is not just a cathedral, but a museum "St. Isaac's Cathedral" with an observation deck on the city
• A ticket to the museum 250 rubles, a ticket to the colonnade 150 rubles (spare 400 rubles, go)
