В общем по итогам экспресс-опроса (vk.com/wall94494_4099) позвонил в полицию и отправил обращение через КрасивыйПетербург.рф. И ещё в ГУ МВД (https://78.mvd.ru/citizens/appeals) отправил, чтоб нашли, наказали и проверили причастность к порче ограждения.
Записку писать не буду, так как не знаю, каким из 14 государственных языков, действующих на территории республики Дагестан, владеет водитель данного авто с номером н973ну05.
