Ищем работников и работниц зала и их Предводителя, а может и Предводительницу.
По первому пункту - это работа чуть больше, чем официанта - надо не теряться в баре, уметь варить кофе, быть аккуратным, хозяйственным и разбираться в вине.
По поводу Управляющего - нам нужен человек, умеющий объединять вокруг себя людей, строить команду, смотреть вперед, не забывая о ежедневном, короче - Управляющий, основной деятельностью которого будет Коллектив.
