Есть сильный сорт смеха, когда смеется та или иная часть залы, но уже в полную силу, а другая часть залы молчит, до нее смех в этом случае совсем не доходит. There is a strong sort of laughter, when one or another part of the hall laughs, but already in full force, and the other part of the hall is silent, in this case laughter does not reach it at all.
