Вчера был Helloween, и у многих остались ????. Можно, конечно, дождаться, когда она испортится, и со спокойным сердцем выбросить,
НО!
Я предлагаю приготовить из нее невозможно вкусный суп!
Берите ручки и записывайте???? Сначала нарезаем лук и чеснок и пассеруем в капле масле в кастрюле до золотистого цвета, добавляем запеченную заранее мякоть тыквы, пол-стакана бульона или воды, доводим до кипения, измельчаем блендером до состояния пюре, вливаем оставшийся бульон или воду (количество определяем на свой вкус☺). Дальше тимьян. Даем прокипеть минут 5. Все, суп готов???? Подаем со сливками и чесночными гренками.
И не забудьте поделиться с любимыми.
