Капремонт прошел - течет, текущий ремонт прошел -течет. Куда ушли деньги?
Сегодня по заявлению жительницы приехала с осмотром результатов "ремонта" кровли в Петергоф на Суворовскую ул., д. 3 корп 5. Со мною были депутат ЗакС прошлого созыва Сергей Малков и эксперт, прдседатель Профсоюза кровельщиков Павел Степанов. Осмотрели чердак, Павел прошел по крыше... Ну что могу сказать... похоже, это очередной претендент на прокурорскую проверку. Иначе зимой несчастные жильцы обречены на протечки. Вот только пара фоток результатов работы горе-мастеров. И вопросы даже не к ним, а уже к тем, кто принимал работу и кто отвечал жильцам, что "крыша в порядке".
"Крыша" у них, конечно, в порядке. Однако, как показали недавние события в Жилкомитете, даже самая крепкая "крыша" может неожиданно протечь))))))))))))))
