Сегодня Комиссия по горхозяйству провела депутатские слушания по изменению в Генплан в связи с созданием "города-спутника Южный". Представители Смольного, кроме общих слов о том, как "на Марсе будут яблони цвести", не смогли толком объяснить - где будут работать жители будущего города, где они будут лечиться-учиться и как будут добираться до Питера. Инфраструктура не только не продумана, но кажется даже и не интересует никого из лоббистов. Представитель инвестора СТАРТ-Девелопмент честно признался, что весь "проект" задуман ради того, чтобы скупить подешевке землю под Питером, а потом продать во много раз дороже - но уже мелким застройщикам.
В общем, откровенная спекуляция. Но и в случае "честного" доведения дела до конца мы получим отрезанный от мира медвежий угол, где у людей не будет ни работы, ни социальной инфраструктуры, ни возможности легко добраться до Питера, чтобы найти все необходимое там. Депрессивный район, рассадник преступности, безденежье, безработица, тоска... Я все это вижу в нашем районе
Все для того, чтобы "инвесторы" состригли бешеные бабки и исчезли? Я категорически против!
