17 декабря в 16.00 в Администрация Петродворцового района (Калининская, 7) будут проходить публичные слушания по вопросу застройки территории между ул. Шахматова и ПНИ-3.
Проект подразумевает строительство высотных домов, численность жителей в которых сегодня определить невозможно.
В ближайшее время будут проведены слушания по застройке территории Троицкой горы. Чуть позже - слушания по застройке территории за Ульяновской улицей.
Ни один из представленных проектов не предусматривает строительство удобного переезда через железную дорогу. Есть большие сомнения в правильности расчета инженерной инфраструктуры (поскольку заказчики у каждого проекта разные, их не интересуют проблемы "соседнего строительства"). Справится ли тепло- и электросети, очистные?... Если Вам небезразлична судьба вашего района, выразите свое отношение к проекту 17 декабря в 16.00 в здании администрации Петродворцового района.
