В частности, СОГЛАСОВАННО С райадминистрацией(!), вносится поправка перевести Троицкую гору из зоны 3ЖД в 1ЖД. Вернее, администрация просит перевести только территорию предприятия "Петродворцовое", а я еще прошу и землю "Стройкомплекта".
Надежды на перевод зоны в "зеленку" на земле, которая уже продана в ч/с под высотную застройку, нет никакой, а понизить этажность и сделать стройку экономически не выгодной - это еще возможно.
