Высоток на Троицкой горе не будет!
Протест жителей Петергофа против застройки Троицкой горы услышан. Комиссия по подготовке изменений в Генплан согласилась на "половинчатое решение" - т.е. согласилась с понижением зоны не до 1ЖД, как я просила (аналогичные поправки поступили и от районной администрации), а до 2ЖД

Однако даже этот вариант означает высокую вероятность того, что собственнику территории стройка будет коммерчески невыгодна. И Троицкая гора в обозримом будущем останется доступной для всех жителей и гостей Петергофа. Жаль, снега до сих пор нет))
Вообще из 171 поправки, касающихся Петродворцового района принято всего около 10 (поправки по Троицкой направлялись от нескольких заявителей).
Из этого десятка стоит отметить две, за которые давно боролись градозащитники Ломоносова: лесопарк между Богумиловской, Ораниенбаумским и Федюнинского будет сохранен (переведен в зону Р2), как просили депутат Комолова и депутаты МС Ломоносова В.Журавлев и И.Казаков. Также комиссия согласилась с нашим с Владимиром Журавлевым предложением изменить зональность территории, занятой водно-моторным кооперативом "Нептун", с инженерной на зону Р0.
На этом щедрость комиссии закончилась. Не поддержали предложения по Сидоровскому каналу, позволившие бы развивать здесь территории спротивного отдыха и туризма. Не поддержали и понижение высотности на участке, примыкающем к Луговому и Английскому паркам (т.н. 24-й квартал, высотную застройку которого мы всем миром смогли остановить, но лишь пока). Опять не удается вытащить из зоны инженерной инфраструктуры многострадальный поселок Ольгин Канал.
Отклонена коллективная просьба жителей домов по ул.Скуридина о ликвидации в их дворе(!) зоны И1, на которой кому-то захотелось построить высотный паркинг.
Но, напоминаю, что это не последний бой. Все поправки, даже отклоненные, будут еще рассматриваться в ЗакСе. Хотя, конечно, вытащить их из "мусорной корзины" будет теперь трудно.

The protest of the inhabitants of Peterhof against the development of the Trinity Mountain is heard. The Commission on the preparation of changes to the General Plan agreed to a "half-hearted decision" - i.e. I agreed with the reduction of the zone not to 1ZHD, as I requested (similar amendments were received from the district administration), but to 2ZHD

However, even this option means a high probability that the construction site owner will be commercially unprofitable. And Trinity Mountain in the foreseeable future will remain accessible to all residents and guests of Peterhof. Sorry, there is still no snow))

Of this dozen, it is worth noting two for which Lomonosov’s town defenders have long fought: the forest park between Bogumilovskaya, Oranienbaumsky and Fedyuninsky will be preserved (transferred to zone P2), as requested by Komolova deputy and MPs of Lomonosov V. Zhuravlev and I. Kazakov. The commission also agreed with our proposal with Vladimir Zhuravlev to change the zoning of the territory occupied by the Neptune water-motor cooperative from engineering to zone P0.
On this, the bounty of the commission ended. They did not support the proposals on the Sidorovsky Canal, which would allow developing territories of opposite leisure and tourism here. Nor did they support the lowering of the altitude in the area adjacent to the Lugovoy and English parks (the so-called 24th quarter, the entire world of which we were able to stop the high-rise buildings, but only for now). Again, the long-suffering village of Holgin Canal cannot be pulled out of the engineering infrastructure zone.
The collective request of the residents of the houses on Skuridin St. was rejected for the liquidation of the I1 zone in their yard (!), On which someone wanted to build a high-rise parking.
But, I remind you that this is not the last battle. All amendments, even rejected, will still be considered in the law. Although, of course, pulling them out of the trash will now be difficult.
