Сегодня была на заседании Правления и Попечительского совета фонда капремонта, заслушивали отчет фонда за 2014 год и заявки на смету и штатное расписание на 2015 год.
Интересно, что вчера я побывала в самом фонде по приглашению зама Коновалова. Он мне показал их колл-центр..
Дорогие петербуржцы! И не надейтесь дозвониться до Фонда капремонта((( В их колл-центре работает ПЯТЬ!!!! несчастных девушек, причем они же должны отвечать и на обращения на сайт.
Так вот на следующий год штат Фонда предлагается увеличить с 90 до 420 человек и при этом в колл-центре, который будет завален звонками (ремонт-то по-настоящему только начнется!) планируется посадить аж 10 человек! Так что и дальше будет не дозвониться.
Албин, послушав отчет, сказал, что с такими отчетами они скоро могут стать безработными.
Однако винить во всех проблемах Фонд не правильно. Все правила для него писались Шияном, который сегодня все заседание усмехался. А когда Албин пытался ему переадресовать те или иные претензии, ловко ложился на крыло.
Кстати, кроме отчета, мельком коснулись вопроса взымания пеней за неуплату взносов на капремонт. Я потребовала в следующий раз позвать на заседание ВЦКП, поскольку они до сих пор не обеспечили и не смогут в ближайшее время обеспечить разделение счетов по собственникам. Счет за капремонт выставляется "на квартиру" и никаким образом нельзя определить, кто из со-собственников (если квартира по долям) платит, кто нет и кому начислять пени.
Тот же Шиян прекрасно знает эту проблему, но ничего не предпринимает в отношении ВЦКП
