Сидоровский канал и сквер на ул. Победы - в плюсе, плавни Кронколонии - в минусе
Итак, сегодняшние результаты заседания комиссии по горхозу, где рассматривали поправки в Генплан:
Моя поправка об отмене зоны Д (для строительства церкви) в Металлострое принята и пока находится в блоке поправок, которые должны быть приняты на заседании ЗакС пакетом!
Поддержан перевод восточного берега Сидоровского канала в зону, позволяющую устроить там зону отдыха и парусного спорта. В эту победу никто не верил, районная администрация и муниципалы Ломоносова смирились, что ничего не получится.
Представлена была на комиссии и "губернаторская поправка".
Две новости - хорошая и плохая. Хорошая: сквер на ул. Победы в Ломоносове, за сохранение которого мы боролись несколько лет, окончательно спасен, переведен в зеленую зону.
Плохая: территорию ООПТ ПЛАВНИ КРОНКОЛОНИИ ОТДАЛИ ВОЕННЫМ. Эту поправку нигде до сегодняшнего дня публично не обсуждали, были только слухи. Никакого четкого объяснения представители КГА так и не озвучили. Понятно только одно: заказника тут не будет.
Проблема в том, что губернаторская поправка голосуется только списком, либо все "за", либо все "против". И что мне делать?((
