Народ рассуждает о том, как Кропачев будет продавать недвижимость на Васильевском и почему бы не построить это чудо в Петергофе, что было бы явно дешевле, ближе и вообще...
И никто внимания не обратил на одну детальку - некую "скоростную-легкорельсовую-чудо-дорогу" для чудо-экспресса. А дело-то, возможно, именно в ней... И еще местные говорили о том, что один из заинтересантов вовсе не Кропачев, а г.Ковальчук,
