Надо отказаться еще от водопровода - из-за него дома затапливает, от ванн - в них тонут, от больших окон - из них выпадают. Ну, и, конечно, от электричества - от него пожаров и смертей намного больше, чем от взрывов газа!
И почему наши чиновники не подумали о самом простом - о качественной работе контрольных служб? У меня вон приходил недавно "контролер"... Спросил: все нормально? Я: да, все. Он: ну, тогда распишитесь. Т.е. я должна САМА разбираться, все у меня нормально или нет, вместо того, чтобы это "все" как положено проверил специалист!
При таком подходе, конечно, лучше вообще от всего отказаться и жить с лучиной.
... Ростехнадзору РАО ЕЭС такой вариант подсказало? А то, абыдно, пымашь, новое строительство под себя подмяли, а в старые дома не пускают
