Смольный не согласовал митинг в защиту Исаакия даже в формате гайд-парка. Якобы все Марсово поле в этот день забито под завязку акциями "духовно-правильных" нодовцев и прочих псевдо-патриотических структур. Но место и время встречи защитников чести Петербурга не меняется: 13.00 28 января на Марсовом поле в формате встречи с депутатами (как это было у Исаакиевского собора). ОКП, напоминаю, вошла в состав оргкомитета. Ждем вас в субботу

Дорогие петербуржцы!
Чиновники Смольного пытаются помешать вам собраться 28 января на Марсовом поле и выразить свой протест против передачи церкви Исаакиевского собора и фактического уничтожения музея "Исаакиевский собор".
Для этого срочно придумано, что, якобы, с 10 до 19 часов (!) 28 января будет проходить другая «акция», и мы с вами якобы можем ей помешать.
Не волнуйтесь, друзья, мы все равно соберемся на том же месте и в тот же час - 28 января в 13 часов.
Для того, чтобы не подвергать вас опасности задержания, мы предлагаем провести наш сбор в формате встречи с депутатами Законодательного Собрания.
Точно так же мы встречались 13 января на Исаакиевской площади.
28 января пройдет встреча с депутатами Борисом Вишневским, Оксаной Дмитриевой, Алексеем Ковалевым, Максимом Резником, Сергеем Трохманенко. Возможно, присоединится еще кто-то из оппозиционных депутатов.
Депутаты имеют право встречаться с горожанами без согласований и информировать их о своей депутатской деятельности.
На встрече депутаты и другие члены оргкомитета расскажут горожанам, что они делают для защиты Исаакия, и выслушают их мнение.
25 января депутаты проинформируют об этой встрече начальника ГУВД С.П.Умнова и Уполномоченного по правам человека в Санкт-Петербурге А.В.Шишлова. Полицию попросят обеспечить общественный порядок.
Ограничения на такой встрече - нельзя использовать сцену и звукоусиление, и нельзя приносить флаги, транспаранты и плакаты.
Но мы уверены: можно обойтись без этого, как мы с вами обошлись 13 января.
Нам с вами не надо в чем-то друг друга убеждать со сцены и выражать свое мнение на плакатах и транспарантах.
Наша главная задача – показать, что нас много. Только тогда власть прислушается к нам и ей придется выполнять нашу волю.
Для того, чтобы узнать друг друга на этой встрече, мы предлагаем вам прикрепить к одежде синюю ленту - давний символ петербургского градозащитного движения.
На этой встрече будет идти сбор подписей граждан под обращением к депутатам ЗАКСа в защиту Исаакия. Вы сможете поставить свою "живую" подпись. И, конечно, сможете пообщаться с депутатами и между собой. Это наше законное право.

Smolny’s officials are trying to prevent you from gathering on January 28 at the Field of Mars and expressing your protest against the transfer of the church of St. Isaac’s Cathedral and the actual destruction of the St. Isaac’s Cathedral museum.
For this, it was urgently thought up that, allegedly, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (!) On January 28 another “action” will take place, and you and I can supposedly prevent it.
Don’t worry, friends, we will still gather in the same place and at the same hour - January 28 at 13 o’clock.
In order not to put you in danger of being detained, we suggest that we hold our meeting in the form of a meeting with deputies of the Legislative Assembly.
In the same way, we met on January 13 at St. Isaac's Square.
On January 28, a meeting will be held with deputies Boris Vishnevsky, Oksana Dmitrieva, Alexei Kovalev, Maxim Reznik, Sergei Trokhmanenko. Perhaps someone else from the opposition deputies will join.
Deputies have the right to meet with townspeople without approval and inform them of their deputy activities.
At the meeting, deputies and other members of the organizing committee will tell the townspeople what they are doing to protect Isaac, and listen to their opinion.
On January 25, deputies will inform the head of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate S.P.Umnov and the Commissioner for Human Rights in St. Petersburg A.V. Shishlov about this meeting. Police will be asked to ensure public order.
Limitations at such a meeting - you can not use the stage and sound reinforcement, and you can not bring flags, banners and posters.
But we are sure: you can do without this, as you and I did on January 13th.
You and I do not need to convince each other of something from the stage and express our opinion on posters and banners.
Our main task is to show that we are many. Only then will the government listen to us and it will have to fulfill our will.
In order to get to know each other at this meeting, we suggest that you attach a blue ribbon to your clothes - a long-standing symbol of the St. Petersburg city movement.
At this meeting, there will be a collection of signatures of citizens under an appeal to the deputies of the ZAKS in defense of Isaac. You can put your "live" signature. And, of course, you can talk with deputies and among themselves. This is our legal right.
