Взять ровную доску, приклеить на неё распечатку и вылепить на ней из пластилина как можно точнее попадая в контуры половину лезвия.
Выгладить форму и пройтись по ней феном.
Посмотреть на форму, понять, где косяки, поправить, снова выгладить, снова пройтись феном но уже с учётом наработанного опыта))
Залить силиконом и сделать гипсовай кожух, чтобы силикон не вело.
выковырять пластилин из силиконового слепка. Помыть ркуи бензином, потом фейри (иначе пластилин не смоешь). Подмести просыпанный гипс, помыть комнату))
Взять проволоку, тряпки. скрутить из них нечто похожее по форме на лезвие, там где у лезвия основание, предусмотреть, чтобы всё удовольствие выходило к рукояти, иначе там будет слабое место. В силиконовой форме тоже должны быть прорези в соответствующих местах.
Открыть окно. Одеть перчатки. Застелить всё полиэтиленом)). Одеть респиратор. Выгнать кота из комнаты и запереть дверь))))
Замешать эпоксидку, чтобы она была жидкой.
Залить в силиконовую форму эпоксидку тонким слоем, поболтать, залить ещё, втиснуть внутрь каркас (с учётом того, что он должен торчать и у основания тоже), поболтать его немного. Дождаться, пока эпоксидка затвердеет.
Вынуть из формы.
Срезать лишнюю эпоксидку там, где лезвие будет крепиться к основанию.
Снова залить в форму тонким слоем эпоксидку.
Снова втиснуть в нутрь каркас и поболтать, но стремиться, чтобы межде свежим слоем и уже готовой половинкой не было пузырьков, и чтобы края формы и уже готовой половинки совпадали (теперь ясно, зачем был нцжен чертёж?)
Дать затвердеть и выковырять.
Теперь гарда.
Поставить полученное чудо ветикально вверж на доску и начать лепить гарду, пока не сильно тщательно.
Проработать феном, начать орнамент, сделать её так, чтобы было как на картинке.
Отложит на пару дней.
Посмотреть на неё, исправить косяки))
залить силиконом
выковырять пластилин, стараясь не отлепить силиконовую форму от лезвия, промыть бензином.
Взять стальную трубку, которая будет рукояткой.
Отпилить от неё кусок нужной длины плюс сантиметров пять будет утолено в гарде.
накрутить из проволоки и тряпок каркас, впихнуть в трубку, часть пусть торчит, и эту часть накрутить чтобы хорошо переплеталась с теми кусочками, которые торчат из лезвия.
поставить лезвие вертикально вниз, выровнять рукоятку, чтобы была по центру, залить гарду эпоксидкой также как лезвие, только не болтай особо.
Дождаться, пока всё затвердеет. Отпустить рукоятку. Отдохнуть)))
Заняться лепкой деталей рукоятки вокруг трубки. Аккуратно снять с гарды забытую там силиконовую форму.))
Также силиконом, также убрать пластилин, также потом залить рукоятку, также аккуратно снять силикон.
Если окно снова закрыто, открыть, если кот снова в комнате, выгнать)))
Подшкурить где надо, покрасить.
Поднять на 1 метр от пола, отпустить (понимаю, после полутора месяцев работы это трудно))). Если отделался царапинами, всё хорошо. Если раскололся, значит, или пузырьков много, или каркас из проволоки и тряпок слабоват. Впрочем, ты можешь теперь сделать ещё 20 таких мечей)))) И если вдруг захочешь продать, то 20% мне, хорошо?))))
