Привет вам, особенно тем, чьи авторские права когда-либо были ущемлены.
Обнаружил тут и тут свою иллюстрацию, подправленную под рекламную афишу некого ресторана.
Вот же ж суки. Драмка внутри.
И как-то, расстроился, решил позвонить узнать как так по какому праву без моего согласования разместили рекламу с моей пикчей.
Дозвонился до директора по рекламе. После недолгого разговора он сказал что они не несут ответственность и что тот дизайнер делавший рекламу, у них не работает т.к. является фри-лансером и все вопросы к нему, и положил трубку, сука.
Перезваниваю, трубку берет какая то девушка, не представляется, говорит что этот вопрос надо обсуждать с ней. Я опять все по новой : По какому праву, и т .д. требую компенсацию или снимайте нахрен свою афишу! Мне начали хамить, говорить что иллюстрация из инета и находится в свободном доступе , на что я ответил что стоял мой логотип, и что недопустимо использования в коммерческих целях ... долго спорили , контакты дизайнера дать отказались.
Я сказал что подам в суд.
Сам не раз сталкивался с кражей работ. НО как-то думал "дану нафиг - ничего не докажешь и не добъешься"
Мой оригинал, наверное видели в виде ролика на 8 марта а так же как папир на рабочий стол
п.с. У меня есть еще магнитные открытки с дaнной иллсютрации, которые мы сами делали для подажи и все документы с типографии, где печатались.
Посоветуете как быть в данной ситуации ? Как нагадить этим хамилам
