Про Питер, любовь и стройки
Вы знаете, я не самый большой фанат Питера. Этот город быстро кончается, если жить в нем постоянно. А как же мосты, а набережные, а дворцы, а уютные улочки, а вот, а там, – скажете вы. Да, раз в год, летом, если без дождя – супер! Но не об этом речь. Дочитав до сюда, многие питерофилы уже отписались от меня.
В этом тексте я хотел бы поделиться своими эмоциями от... Питерских строек! Да, не дворцы, не речные трамвайчики и уж точно не мосты меня заставляют, скажем так, не равнодушно относится к этому городу.
Во-первых, «Зенит Арена», она же «Санкт-Петербург Арена», она же «50 млрд Арена». Не смотря на все скандалы, тонны денег и годы стройки, этот объект впечатляет. Я еще не был на нем, но несколько раз был рядом. Он доминирует, возносится вверх. Бомбически смотрится с набережной и ЗСД.
Во-вторых, ЗСД. Для Москвичей: ЗСД – это Западный Скоростной Диаметр. Платный участок дороги, который соединяет две противоположные точки нашего бесплатного кольца. Ну, на то он и диаметр. Начали его строить, к слову, примерно в то же время, что и стадион. Закончили так же в начале этого года, но потратили чуть больше – 211 млрд рублей. Почему про него, как про Арену ничего не говорили, хз. Ну да ладно. Это еще одно эмоциональное место. Когда едешь, можно сказать, с видом на Финский залив, на скорости 110 км/ч и на высоте около 70 метров – поверьте, это впечатляет!
И, в-третьих, мой любимец – [club23975708|Лахта центр]. Это просто чума! Стройка идет какими-то неимоверными темпами. Еще месяц назад, например, башни не было видно из окон нашей квартиры. И вот – уже виднеются огни над крышами соседних домов. 462 метра – второе место по высоте в Европе. Выше Москва сити. Уступает только Останкинской башне. Но перспектива города, новые современные виды. Питер помолодел с этой башней, стал круче и современнее. У города снова появилась своя фишка! А еще я в восторге от коммуникаций Лахта центра. Есть сайт с подробным описанием проекта и того, как будет развиватся район и инфраструктура.
