Этот радостный, опьяняющий, пасхальный, марсельезно-кумачевый март 1917 года. Наивная вера во всеобщее примирение, начало новой жизни, гибель всех прежних проблем с гибелью старого строя. Воры, обещающие больше не воровать, солдаты, приветствующие Родзянко и готовые служить новому режиму верой и правдой, дезертиры... интересно, где эти дезертиры оказались буквально через несколько месяцев, что делали в Октябре и позже в 1918 году? Какому времени служили тогда? И не стали ли вновь беглецами?

Г[осподин]у Председателю Сов[ета] С[олдатских] и Р[абочих] Д[епутатов]
Мы, группа дезертиров города Петрограда, просим вас сделать внеочередной доклад в Сов[ет] С[олдатских] и Р[абочих] Д[епутатов] по поводу нашего положения. Находясь на военной службе и видя несправедливость старого правительства, мы бежали из рядов армии с тем, чтобы умереть здесь за свободу народа, а не подчиняться старому режиму. Теперь, когда старый режим пал, настала народная свобода, мы готовы служить времени, правит[ельству] и Совету С[олдатских] и Р[абочих] Д[епутатов], но в настоящее время о нас совсем забыли, и мы не знаем, куда обратиться, чтобы служить на пользу Свободной России.
По рассмотрении нашей просьбы Советом С[олдатских] и Р[абочих] Д[епутатов] резолюцию просим пропечатать в газетах.

This joyful, intoxicating, easter, marseille-cumacean March 1917. The naive faith in universal reconciliation, the beginning of a new life, the death of all the old problems with the death of the old system. Thieves who promise not to steal anymore, soldiers who welcome Rodzianko and are ready to serve the new regime faithfully, deserters ... Now that the old regime has fallen, people's freedom has come, we are ready to serve the time, it rules [the government] and the Council of S [old] and P [abochy] D [deputies], but at the moment we are completely forgotten and we don’t know where to turn to serve the benefit of Free Russia.
Upon consideration of our request by the Council of S [old] and R [abochih] D [eputates], we ask that the resolution be printed in newspapers.
