Речи серьёзные (обсуждение с руководителем РАН развития науки РФ), читать надо вдумчиво.
Медведев: "Наша задача в этой ситуации она такая двуединая, достаточно простая задача, на мой взгляд, заключается в том, чтобы оптимизировать взаимодействие. То есть это организационные предпосылки, а вот фундаментальная задача — это выбрать приоритеты, которые позволят нам войти в число ведущих стран. Это задача сверхтрудная, но она по силам, я надеюсь, всей нашей стране".

- Премьер-министр, председатель правительства, 3й президент РФ не относит задачу **выбрать приоритеты** к организационным вопросам.
- 20 долгих непростых, но триумфальных (по итогам выборов 2016 и 2018), лет вставания с колен привели к тому, что сверхтрудная и фундаментальная задача нашей науки - выбрать приоритеты.
- Решать её, из слов премьера, будем всей страной, причем на выборах. Жду оглашения даты Выборов Приоритетов 2018. С классным лого.
- Ясная мысль в этом туманном бреде всё же есть, хоть и грустная: Россия (со всем её человеческим потенциалом) не только не "ведущая страна" (допустим, хотя бы в науке), но еще и ни у РАН, ни у Правительства нет ясного понимания, что же позволит нам стать ведущей страной. Есть лишь НАДЕЖДА, что ВСЯ СТРАНА, сможет выбрать приоритеты.
Сюжет краем уха услышал из Вестей.
Создается впечатление, что смысловая нагрузка для аудитории уже вообще не имеет никакого значения. Есть картинка: крутой кабинет с флагами, важные чинуши в костюмах, говорят сложносочиненными предложениями с использованием умной лексики. Снято.
А ведь еще в конце 17го года РГ писала, что РАН должна в ближайшее время (!) доработать (!) программу (!) фундаментальных научных исследований РФ на долгосрочный период (2021 (!) - 2040гг). Наверное, над программой на 30-40гг работало Отделение астрологии РАН :D
Полагаю, одним из приоритетов будет "Компьютерная графика и анимация".
