В России высокий уровень толерантности.
К смертности на дорогах.
Мало кто ещё не знает, что по статистике смертности в ДТП мы на уровне развитых стран...да и не очень развитых стран Африки и Южной Азии.
20.000 человек в год - это примерно с наш Кировск. 55 в день.
Вообще очень интересная тема "взаимоотношений" пешеходов и автомобилистов: кто приоритетнее, кто "имеет право" и т.д.
Сейчас это обычная картина: двор, заставленный автомобилями так, что нужно протискиваться между ними (что невозможно, например, людям с колясками). А потом родители подростков сетуют, мол, мы в вашем возрасте все время проводили во дворе!
Или автобус, перевозящий 80+ человек, стоящий в пробке из 70 машин, в которых добирается на работу автовладелец. Пешеходные светофоры 15 секунд через 120, за которые надо пробежать 50 метров. Ну а выбежал на дорогу в неположенном месте - сам виноват. Вон пешеходный переход был в полукилометре всего лишь.
и так далее.
думаю, беда в том, что мы не воспринимаем город - как свой дом.
а себя, горожан, не считаем хотя бы сожителями. с этим связаны все городские беды - засранные дворы, плохое качество ЖКУ, вырубки парков, штукатурка фасадов вместо ремонта зданий, фантастические "Сказки", храм на месте стадиона и т.д.
Ведь свой дом мы создаем так, чтобы учесть интересы всех, либо найти компромисс и мы не ждем, что придет кто-нибудь и пропылесосит, а если и приходит устанавливать свои порядки, то быстро покидает помещение.
А хорошо ли вы знаете своих соседей? Здороваетесь ли? Решаете ли вместе вопросы, связанные с распоряжением общим имуществом? Как часто делаете что-то сообща вообще? Оно вам вообще надо?
Вот вам и всё "народное единство".

and we, at least, do not consider ourselves, the townspeople, as at least cohabitants. all urban troubles are connected with this - littered courtyards, poor quality of housing and communal services, deforestation, plastering of facades instead of building repairs, fantastic "Tales", a temple on the site of the stadium, etc.
After all, we create our house in such a way as to take into account the interests of all, or to find a compromise and we do not expect that someone will come and vacuum, and if he comes to establish his own order, then he quickly leaves the room.
Do you know your neighbors well? Do you greet? Do you solve together issues related to the disposal of common property? How often do you do something together at all? Do you need it at all?
So much for the "national unity".
