Мальчик, изъятый из семьи ювеналами, погиб в больнице в Новороссийске.
4 февр. 2017 г. — Всего шесть дней провел под защитой государства трехмесячный Родион Тонких. 6 августа малыша изъяли из кровной семьи органы опеки и попечительства, а 12 августа он скончался в больнице. В справке о смерть указана причина: «Тупая травма головы». Родители считают, что ребенка уронили, с жалобой они обратились в прокуратуру.

Семья Виктории и Максима Тонких живут в небольшом поселке Верхний Бокансикй в Краснодарском крае. Максим сам бывший детдомовец, Вике повезло больше, хоть родители и умерли, когда девочке было 13 лет, воспитывал ее дед, но тоже сирота. Они женаты вот уже 5 лет, и воспитывают двоих детей. Точнее, воспитывали....
Когда глава семьи потерял работу, то Тонких взяли под контроль органов опеки. В квартиру регулярно приходили сотрудники соц службы, проверяли, спрашивали, не устроился ли отец на работу.
6 августа к ним пришли с очередной проверкой, - рассказала «МК» младшая сестра Виктории Юлия Стефанец. - Сотрудники посчитали, что в холодильнике недостаточно еды. А в квартире не убрано. Тут же приняли решение забрать малышей. Мальчик в это время спал, а девочка, наша Илоночка, рыдала, когда ее прямо вырывали из рук матери. Ой, что там было — просто трагедия.
Обоих малышей поместили в детскую детской городскую больницу села Мысхако г. Новороссийска. Мать категорически не пускали к детям.
Вика все время приходила, просила хотя бы покормить Родиона, он же грудной. Но ее вообще не пускали внутрь. Все требовали справку от отца, что он устроился на работу. Справку ни как не давали эту несчастную. А дома мы вместе все отмыли, холодильник наполнили. Не понимаю, почему к моей сестре придирались. Да, живут они не богато, но все необходимое есть. Мы все им помогаем, как можем. Они не пьют, дети у них — такие бутузы, ухоженные, красивые. Ну а долг за квартиру...у кого его сейчас нет?
Что произошло с Родионом — они не знают. Но только 12 августа в 9 утра в квартире Тонких раздался телефонный звонок, следователь сообщил, что мальчик ночью умер.
Я с сестрой ездила в полицию. Справку нам выдали о смерти. В ней написано, «Закрытая черепно-мозговая травма, отек мозга от прикосновения с тупом предметом с неопределенным намерением». Из показаний свидетелей мы узнали, что еще накануне в час ночи с мальчиком все было в порядке. Его покормили, а в три часа ночи, при следующем кормлении Родиона нашли уже мертвым. Я попросила показать мне последние фото Родиона, Вика не могла на них смотреть. На фото было видно, что у него на щечке огромный синяк. Мы подали заявление в прокуратуру.
Это синяк был виден и на похоронах, сотрудники морга не смогли загримировать его и сделать незаметным. 14 августа семья (Виктория и Максим, Юля с мужем, двоюродная сестра и около 10 соседей) похоронили младенца. Сотрудников органов опеки на захоронении не было. Все расходы на захоронение взял на себя поселковый совет. Сестричка погибшего Родиона все еще в больнице. Мама и папа, у которых уже ест справка, пытаются забрать трехлетнюю дочку Илоночку.
Им помогают правозащитники из общества «Благостыня». У юристов обоснованность отобрания детей вызывает сомнение. Согласно статье 77 Семейного кодекса РФ дети могут быть отобраны из семьи только в случае угрозы их жизни или здоровью, которая в данном случае не наблюдается.
Вопрос об обоснованности таких мер в адрес семей, оказавшихся в тяжелой жизненной ситуации, поднимался уже не один раз на самых разных уровнях. Так ли важно изымать детей у кормящей матери, из-за долга по квартплате и недостатка бананов в холодильнике (существует регламент органов опеки, в котором прописан минимальный необходимый список продуктов). Неужели проще и целесообразнее платить зарплату армии чиновников, которые приходят с проверками, составляют акты, чем элементарно положить эту недостающую еду в холодильник. Или помочь родителям с трудоустройством.

My sister and I went to the police. Help was given to us about death. It says, "Closed head injury, swelling of the brain from touching a blunt object with undefined intent." From the testimonies of witnesses, we learned that the day before at one o'clock in the morning everything was in order with the boy. They fed him, and at three o’clock in the morning, at the next feeding of Rodion they found him already dead. I asked to show me the latest photos of Rodion, Vika could not look at them. The photo showed that he had a huge bruise on his cheek. We filed an application with the prosecutor.
This bruise was also visible at the funeral, the morgue staff could not make up and make it invisible. On August 14, the family (Victoria and Maxim, Julia with her husband, cousin and about 10 neighbors) buried the baby. There were no guardians at the burial site.
