Ну вот а теперь о грустном в Сочи. 1)заоблачные цены на недвижимость в центре и у моря, от 250 т. Р за м. 2) Квартиры по доступным ценам от 100 т. Р находятся на горе, добираться туда оочень не удобно, без тротуаров по узкой дорожке, не пройти не проехать.Чуть в строну от центра грязь и разруха.3) все Сочи в горах, ровных мест очень мало и стоят они космических денег.4) гулять в горных районах с детьми негде, площадок нормальных тоже нет. 4)Садики и школы переполнены, в классах по 40 человек. Новые строятся, но в отдаленных районах, таких как Кудепста, Мацеста.. Много частных садиков, вобщем то не дорогих, 15-20 т. Р за месяц. Нам кстати дали место в садике на пол дня, без проблем и денег) и в частный ходили, Арине понравилось.
5) с Работой в моей сфере здесь оказалось не так все замечательно.. Оочень большая конкуренция, более 5000 риэлторов на г. Сочи, за клиента война, работа ведется по фейкам, но об этом в отдельном посте. О свободном графике речи не идет, что мне никак не подходит, ведь без бабушек мы здесь, а няням я не доверяю. Собственно эти минусы остановили нас с выбором Сочи на ПМЖ. Но зимовать сюда ездить мы будем обязательно, никакого сезона дождей нет, стоит в 3 раза дешевле других направлений) но это только зимой) Летом тут очень высокие цены, много народу и транспортный коллапс..
