Как ни странно, основная проблема, которую я сейчас вижу в России — это как раз отсутствие стабильности, а вернее — стабилизации достижений. Не буду говорить про более глобальные контексты, довольно и того что через год после запуска WiFi в московском метро почти перестал работать, хотя в начале всё было просто изумительно. Аналогичная проблема со связью от Yota — покрытие формально улучшилось, а по факту стало хуже.
