Есть такая сеть магазинов, многие знают, были, проходили мимо, называется «Магнит».
И есть у нас на местности один такой магазин. Продуктовый.
Если честно, я этот магазин не люблю. В первую очередь потому, что у них ужасно навязчивая реклама водки Хортица и Первак, «Первак домашний — для друзей как для себя…». И пока стоишь на кассе эту чушь непрерывно вливают в уши. Подальше от касс не так слышно, но тоже. Вот, кстати, странно. Пить водку детям — нельзя. Но показывать рекламу — можно. Да. Там, на экране, написано, что водку нельзя пить до 18 лет. Но дети до 7 лет как правило не умеют читать… Ладно, это тема уже для другого поста.
Так получилось, что это единственный магазин на местности, где продают [club39987830|батончики Bite]. И ещё шоколадку по вегану. В других магазинах такого нет.
Ещё там некоторые продукты чуть дешевле, но это совсем не критично. Я готов переплачивать.
А вот фрукты у них в большинстве своём ужасного качества. Даже бананы. Можно ли испортить бананы — можно! Везде они одинаковые, а в Магните другие.
Но речь не об этом.
Речь о том, что сегодня меня туда не пустили. Совсем.
Не пустил меня охранник, потому, что я отказался положить рюкзак в ячейку хранения.
Все же видели, такие железные ящики с ключём и номерком? — Те самые ящики, которые с точки зрения айтишника нарушают все допустимые правила безопасности. И совершенно не защищают и не сохраняют. Ни от чего. Никак. И не дают никаких гарантий. Более того, сам магазин в случае утери — тоже ничего не сделает. Ячейки же никак не застрахованы. Кто-то забрал, ну что же, бывает. Прости чувак.
Я серьёзно. Даже если опустить тот факт, что замки можно открыть скрепкой… Не привлекая внимания где-то за неделю можно без особых усилий снять слепки со всех ключей, даже если в магазине под сотню ячеек.
И вот в такую ячейку мне нужно положить личную вещь. Дорогую. Или нет. Не суть важно. Также не важно, может у меня там лежат документы, паспорт, деньги.
То есть фактически магазин изымает у меня паспорт. При чём без каких-либо гарантий, причин, объяснений.
С тем же успехом стоило заодно попросить меня снять и оставить одежду. В моей зимней куртке 18 карманов. В рюкзаке всего пять.
Хотя причину, почему мне нельзя с рюкзаком, мне тоже не объяснили. Нельзя, потому, что такие правила. Где можно почитать эти самые правила, и кто их написал — загадка. На сайте Магнита я не нашёл правил. В сам магазин меня не пустили. Девушка по телефону составила жалобу, но на вопрос где я могу увидеть правила — ответ дать не смогла. То есть правила вроде как есть, и вроде как охранник их знает, а значит видел, читал, но показать не может. И найти их нельзя. То есть их нет. Ну прямо как с сусликом (которого нет, но есть, из ДМБ).
Также мне не очень понятно по каким критериям охранник определяет, что вот именно эта сумка под запретом. А вон та, тех же размеров, на плече у девушки — нормально, можно.
И да. Это первый раз, когда я звонил на горячую линию магазина.
Девушка на том конце провода была вежливой. Хотя не смогла ответить на все мои вопросы, например, про правила.
Но мне обещали в течении пяти рабочих дней перезвонить и что-то сообщить.
Жду.
P.S. Я, естественно, понимаю, что чувак в форме охранника не особо виноват. Ему сказали, он сделал.
И я бы поступил как обычно, просто перестал ходить в магазин. Как я, может быть, и поступлю. Но как-то очень мне обидно в этот раз. Я в таком замечательном настроении шёл в магазин. Уже предвкушал вкусняшку Bite… И даже тот факт, что в Магните всегда продают один и тот же Bite, и, как мне кажется, кроме меня его никто не покупает, никак не мог остановить или переубедить…
Видимо, придётся мне поехать и купить себе сразу несколько упаковок, может даже оптом. Чтобы всегда был.
И шоколадок тоже, по вегану.
Или вот открыть на посёлке магазин по вегану (но это совсем из области фантастики) и продавать там не только Bite, а много-много разных вкусняшек, копчёный тофу, например. Правда кто их тут покупать-то будет…
