Официальный ответ от ФГУП «ЗащитаИнфоТранс» по поводу поправок, внесённых в Воздушный кодекс РФ об обязательной регистрации БПЛА:
«Год назад 291-ФЗ были приняты поправки к Воздушному кодексу РФ в том числе требование по учету беспилотных воздушных судов взлетной массой 250гр.-30 кг.
Данная норма предполагает, что БВС взлетной массой от 250 гр. до 30 кг. подлежат учету, в порядке установленном Правительством. Таким образом, предполагается принятие соответствующего нормативного правового акта во исполнение указанной нормы федерального закона. До вступления в силу обозначенного акта никакие правовые последствия для граждан вследствие вступления в силу указанного пункта не могут иметь место. Тем более, в этой связи не существует оснований для наступления административно-правовых последствий.
В настоящий момент проект постановления разработан и готовится к направлению в Минюст и Правительство».

The official response from FSUE ZashchitaInfoTrans regarding the amendments made to the Air Code of the Russian Federation on the mandatory registration of UAVs:
“A year ago, 291-FZ adopted amendments to the Air Code of the Russian Federation, including the requirement to account for unmanned aircraft with a take-off weight of 250gr. -30 kg.
This rule assumes that the UAV has a take-off weight of 250 grams. up to 30 kg. shall be subject to accounting in accordance with the procedure established by the Government. Thus, it is supposed to adopt the corresponding regulatory legal act in pursuance of the specified norm of the federal law. Prior to the entry into force of the designated act, no legal consequences for citizens as a result of the entry into force of this paragraph may not occur. Moreover, in this regard, there are no grounds for the occurrence of administrative and legal consequences.
At present, the draft resolution has been developed and is being prepared for submission to the Ministry of Justice and the Government. ”
