И обобщает, что в этих отношениях существует определенный порядок состоящий из двух этапов, внешнее влияние и внутреннее. Цель внешнего влияния приблизить принимающее начало к ступени влияющего, сделать его готовым сосудом для принятия. Целью внутреннего влияния является передача сути.
