«Хотя он и не ударил его, назван «злодеем, поднявшим руку» (Раши).
Цель создания человека – «служить своему Создателю», и различные органы тела даны человеку для того, чтобы выполнять с их помощью заповеди – каждый орган по его назначению и функции.
Цель создания руки человека – давать, влиять и делать добрые дела.
Поэтому когда человек подымает руку на ближнего, чтобы ударить его, само поднятие руки – даже, если он на самом деле не ударил ближнего – полностью противоречит цели ее творения Вс-вышним, поэтому он назван «злодеем».
(О ноге так не говорят, потому что ноги не предназначены, чтобы давать и делать добрые дела. Поэтому использование их против ближнего не противоречит цели их творения).
