«Не будет женщины, теряющей плод, и бесплодной в стране твоей». Обещание, данное Всевышним, Раши объясняет так: «Если будешь выполнять Мою волю…» Мы могли бы подумать: поскольку это благословение касается Эрец Исраэль, где должны поселиться евреи, то, возможно Всевышний захотел, чтобы обещание относилось ко всем — и к тем, кто соблюдает заповеди строго, и к тем, кто пока не начал это делать. Но Раши уточняет: нет, святой народ вознагражден в своей земле плодовитостью и здоровым потомством, только если он будет всегда, от всей души выполнять заповеди Торы. Возникает вопрос: чем награда на Святой Земле, отличается от других мест, где поселились евреи? Ведь там они тоже стараются исполнить каждый приказ Творца и, несомненно, заслужили большое, здоровое потомство… Позиция судьи Объяснение первое. Ни в каком другом месте невозможно выполнять так много мицвот, как в Эрец Исраэль. Заповеди, относящиеся к служению в Храме, заповеди, связанные с землей Израиля возможны только здесь, в сердце Творения. А ведь чем больше сделано работы, тем больше награда за нее. Объяснение второе. Конечно, награда или наказание зависит от того, чего у человека больше, хороших дел или плохих, как об этом сказано в первой главе Тании. Однако на приговор влияет также порядок рассмотрения дела. Алтер Ребе объясняет, что «хесед», доброе влияние, которое Творец посылает евреям в рамках «ишталшелут» (порядке нисхождения со ступени на ступень), рассматривается на каждой ступени по отдельности. Решается вопрос, достоин или не достоин этот человек получить добро, идущее к нему. И, если голос обвинителя окажется сильнее, оно может задержаться. Но существует также особое благословение Аарона-первосвященника и коэнов, его потомков. Если Всевышний сказал «да», то добро, идущее по этому каналу, проходит через все ступени мироздания стремительно, без всяких задержек и разбирательств. Когда евреи живут на Святой Земле и честно выполняют приказы Творца, то Его милость подобна коэнскому благословению. Она похожа на молитву, когда человеку отвечают сразу… Объяснение третье. Обещания, которые Всевышний дает на будущие времена, бывают двух видов. Есть «браха», добро идущее к еврею, если он выполняет определенные условия. И есть «автаха», обязательство, которое Б-г взялся исполнить независимо ни от чего. Кроме порядка рассмотрения дела существует позиция судьи. Когда кудесник Билам стал обвинять наш народ, Всевышний не принял дело к рассмотрению, отказался его слушать. Не является ли такой подход нарушением законов справедливости? Нет. Всевышний видит, что евреи идут дорогой Торы, держа путь на Святую Землю. Оказавшись там, они обязательно сделают тшуву, исправив то, что еще осталось исправить. А многочисленное потомство, рожденное еврейскими матерями, умножит число «верящих, детей тех, кто верит», и лишь усилит милость Творца.

The promise made by the Almighty, Rashi explains this: “If you will fulfill My will ...” We might think: since this blessing applies to Eretz Yisrael, where the Jews should settle, then perhaps the Almighty wanted the promise to apply to everyone - and to those those who keep the commandments strictly, and those who have not yet begun to do so. But Rashi clarifies: no, the holy people are rewarded in their land with fertility and healthy offspring, only if they will always, with all their hearts, fulfill the commandments of the Torah. The question arises: how is the reward in the Holy Land different from other places where Jews settled? After all, there they also try to fulfill every order of the Creator and, undoubtedly, deserve a large, healthy offspring ... Position of a judge The first explanation. In no other place is it possible to perform as many mitzvot as in Eretz Yisrael. The commandments related to the service in the Temple, the commandments related to the land of Israel are possible only here, in the heart of Creation. But the more work is done, the greater the reward for it. The second explanation. Of course, the reward or punishment depends on what the person has more, good deeds or bad ones, as described in the first chapter of Tania. However, the verdict is also affected by the order in which the case is examined. Alter Rebbe explains that “Hesed,” the kind influence that the Creator sends to Jews as part of the “Ishtalshelut” (the order of descent from one level to another), is considered at each level separately. The question is whether this person is worthy or not worthy to receive the good that goes to him. And if the accuser's voice turns out to be stronger, it may be delayed. But there is also a special blessing from Aaron the High Priest and the Coens, his descendants. If the Almighty said “yes,” then the good that goes through this channel passes through all stages of the universe rapidly, without any delays or proceedings. When Jews live in the Holy Land and honestly carry out the orders of the Creator, His mercy is like a Cohen blessing. It is like a prayer when a person is answered immediately ... The third explanation. The promises that the Almighty gives for future times are of two kinds. There is a “brahma” who goes to a Jew if he fulfills certain conditions. And there is “avtaha”, an obligation that Gd undertook to fulfill regardless of anything. In addition to the procedure for considering the case, there is a judge’s position. When the wizard Bilam began to blame our people, the Almighty did not accept the case for consideration, refused to listen to him. Is such an approach a violation of the laws of justice? Not. Almighty sees that the Jews are walking the road of the Torah, holding the path to the Holy Land. Once there, they will definitely do teshuvah, correcting what remains to be fixed. And the numerous offspring born of Jewish mothers will increase the number of “believers, children of those who believe,” and will only strengthen the mercy of the Creator.
