Уважаемые Друзья, предлагаю научно выверенный взгляд на Ежегодные Выступления президента!!! Прямая Линия с Президентом, это мероприятие, которое организуется российскими либералами-бюрократами, вместо проведения ежегодных Референдумов и плебисцитов! В любом ЖСК и ТСЖ, ежегодные "СОБРАНИЯ ЖИЛЬЦОВ, с последующим принятием "Повестки Дня", и постановки задач, которые нужно решать Правлению и Председателю Правления ЖСК, ТСЖ, в текущем году, "СПРЕЦИРОВАННЫЕ", уже, НА ВСЁ ГОСУДАРСТВО, делают Очевидным то, что РЕФЕРЕНДУМ, это и есть Аналог "Собранию Жильцов в ЖСК, ТСЖ"! Референдум определяет Основные, Ключевые Государственные Проблемы и Задачи, которые и поручаются для ИСПОЛНЕНИЯ Президенту и Правительству (аналогам "Председателя Правления" и "ПРАВЛЕНИЯ многоквартирного дома"). Но у нас Всё делается Наоборот! Это, Президент и Правительство должны, ежеквартально, отчитываться перед населением, о ходе выполнения поставленных перед Ними РЕФЕРЕНДУМОМ, задач! В нашем же случае, "Телегу" поставили впереди "Лошади"!!! Именно, Население на Ежегодных Референдумах должно ставить Конкретные Задачи для Президента и Правительства, а не Президент должен ставить задачи населению через своих горе-Управленцев, которых население не выбирало, и, которые за Все свои действия перед этим населением, ничем не отвечают!!! Ну, разве что, их Президент пожурит, а они ему, стыдливо, опустив глаза, скажут, что "Они так больше не будут"! И так каждый год! Но, как только Все Управленцы, и в Москве и в регионах, будут населением ИЗБИРАТЬСЯ, с правом, в любой момент, ИХ ОТЗЫВА, как не оправдавших чаяния Избирателей, тогда-то система Государственного и регионального Управления и САМОНАСТРОИТСЯ!!!
