Если продолжить такие аналогии, мне самому иногда приходит в голову мысль: может быть, мишке нашему надо посидеть спокойненько, не гонять поросят и подсвинков по тайге, а питаться ягодками, медком. Может быть, его в покое оставят? Не оставят, потому что будут всегда стремиться к тому, чтобы посадить его на цепь. А как только удастся посадить на цепь, вырвут и зубы, и когти. В сегодняшнем понимании это силы ядерного сдерживания. Как только, не дай бог, это произойдет, и мишка не нужен, так тайгу будут сразу прибирать.
