После пробежки (см. пред. пост), оно того стоило, особенно позабавило когда пара пьяных Челябинцев "Ну ты что!? Нельзя в такую жару бегать!", и еще пары случаев, и минус два кг на весах (куда делись, непонятно…) все прекрасно. Очень помогли очки с цвеиными линзами, музыка, и понимание того что ждет в конце пути… Дальше есть еще испытание, либо поход в горы, либо Ахун (10 подьема, плюс путь до него, и сумма обратки)… #Сочи #Sochi #asics #Sport #Run #BlackSea @ Sochi, Russia
After a run (see previous post), it was worth it, it was especially amusing when a couple of drunk Chelyabinsk residents “Well, what are you doing ?! You can’t run in such heat!”, And a couple of cases, and minus two kg on the scales (where it happened, it’s not clear …) everything is fine. The glasses with color lenses, music, and understanding of what awaits at the end of the path helped a lot ...
