Говорят декрет это однообразно, тяжело и скучно... Пишу для тех, кто возможно хочет детей, но думает, что маленькие дети это геморняк и с малышами жизнь однообразна. Например, понедельник мы проводим так))
В 10.00 я хожу на аквааэробику
В 12.00 мы с малышом бежим на фитнес для малышей и мам. Сначала мы занимаемся с малышом, а потом целый час с мамами - восстановительные занятия после родов.
Далее ближе к 15.00 идем с малышом в баню, общаемся там с другими детками и мамами.
После мы гуляем, делаю ребенку массаж дома, плаваем в ванне. Плаваем, а не купаемся, чтобы помыться и день проходит насыщено и ярко. Вторник я опишу завтра, он проходит не менее насыщенным.
