Вчера состоялась оффлайн встреча участников движения за активное участие студентов в жизни Университета. Началось все с жесточайшего противостояния сторонников полного открытия деятельности совета с теми, кто считал, что критично оставлять секретными имена тех, кто занимается вопросами, где легко могут наступить репрессии. Однако в дальнейшем мы все же перешли к продуктивному обсуждению поставленных вопросов.
Обсуждали структуру совета. Решили, что совет будет не иерархичной, а сетевой организацией. Совет будет состоять из 7 руководителей (с пафосным названием «исполнительный комитет») разных направлений (перечислю ниже). Эти руководители курируют инициативные группы. Что такое инициативная группа? Это группа студентов, которые заявились решить какую-либо проблему. Собственно они и составляют основную рабочую массу. Например, группе студентов стало невыносимо терпеть отсутствие Wi-Fi точек на своем факультете. Тогда они идут в совет и рассказывают ситуацию. Руководитель по их направлению может им предложить ходы действий, ведет контроль над выполнением и берет на себя некоторые обязательства.
Выбраны следующие направления:
Связь с администрацией
Связь с общественностью
Социальная и хозяйственная часть (проблемы с плохим состоянием туалетов, аудиторий, проблемы с регистрацией, медицинской страховкой, Wi-Fi, отсутствие копи-центров, долгое оформление справоки т.д.)
Академическая часть (проблемы с обучением, конференциями, стажировками, экскурсиями)
Экономическая часть (в основном проблема со стипендиями)
Проблемы общежитий
Файнрайзинг (проблема поиска денег)
Так как руководителей выбирают инициативные группы, которых пока не очень много, было решено создать временное руководство, которые сменится выборным в феврале.
Вообще обсуждалось еще много вопросов, но главное то, что участники лично познакомились с друг другом о поняли ожидания друг друга. Надеюсь, что следующая встреча будет более продуктивной.
