Я уже не первый год слышу, что комсостава снова и снова переделывают критерии выбора лучшего отряда.
На это угрохиваются усилия порядка тридцати людей ( поправьте меня). Порой на это уходят бесценные минуты школы комсоставов.
Я обзванивала прошлой весной некоторые комсостава любопытства ради.
Есть те, кому пофиг. Это не все, но такие есть. Им и в своём отряде классно живется, бойцы могут даже не знать про то, что бывает лучший отряд, у них и так есть, чем заняться.
Есть те, кто яро следит, кому дают лучшего. Они вовлечены в пучину страстей. Когда я спрашиваю, что для них в этом важно, оказывается (внезапно?), что им важно, чтобы огромные усилия отряда в том, или ином направлении, были замечены. Отмечены. Признаны.
В чем проблема в конце сезона направить усилия комсоставов на то, чтобы каждый кратко подвел итоги достижений отряда за год?
В чем проблема на фестивале отрядов со сцены поблагодарить каждый отряд персонально? Возможно, этому стоит уделить время?
Что мы от этого теряем? По-моему, ничего.?
Что мы приобретаем?
