Эвакуацией людей до приезда пожарных занимались:
- Учительница Татьяна Дарсалия (не та, что пришла с классом) и её подруга Наталья Раева вывели своих детей и вернулись за чужими, но в итоге погибли
- Рядовая сотрудница аппарата по правам ребёнка Любовь Гвоздкова (вывела около 10 детей, что были с ней в боулинге, но ещё задерживалась в попытках открыть вторую створку двери, чтобы люди, которые начнут идти следом, не давили друг друга)
- Мужчина, который пытался открыть эту дверь с ней

- Мужчина, организованно выведший детей из одного из кинозалов, вроде бы Евгений Лаханин, он же был среди тех, кто в техническом коридоре разбили окно, не поленившись расширить пробой, чтобы люди могли выходить
- Мужчина, который снимал детей с карусели (кто не знает, на карусель в ТЦ сажают только малышей), когда работник карусели рванул на выход ДАЖЕ НЕ ОСТАНОВИВ КАРУСЕЛЬ (одно нажатие кнопки)
- 17летний кадет МЧС Дмитрий Полухин, который пошёл в дым, чтобы вывести трёх чужих детей (брата и двух сестёр), без которых отказывалась уходить с этажа их мать
- Тренеры фитнес-зала и один охранник собрали и вывели посетителей зала через отдельный вход, который был у зала в дополнение к проходу с этажа (жаль, что о нём не знали другие работники или не стали вспоминать), но вышли при этом чудом - когда охранник стал открывать дверь аварийного выхода, выяснилось, что её так давно не открывали, что створки не сдвигаются,
- Охранник Сергеев Ю.В. (непонятно, возможно, тот самый, что выводил людей из фитнес-зала) получил травмы, выбивая заклинившую дверь пожарного выхода, развернуться и пойти другим выходом он не мог, за ним стояли люди, которых он эвакуировал, такую массу быстро не развернёшь,
- Билетёрша возле детского лабиринта не ушла, пока не убедилась, что вывели всех малышей; один малыш испугался и впал в ступор, не выходил к отцу, она за ним залезла и вывела
- Работница верёвочного парка "Круча" залезла на канаты и отстегнула мальчика, чтобы он мог покинуть помещение, это было непросто, потому что загорелись верёвки наверху верёвочного парка практически сразу, и, падая, поджигали всё вокруг
- Работники детского катка до последнего ребёнка снимали с детей коньки, чтобы те могли бежать к выходам, крикнули в комнату-лабиринт на случай, если там есть ещё дети, и только после этого ушли,
- Сергей Черников, отец одной из школьниц, запертых в кинозале, выбросил из окна туалета 12-летнего Андрея Курчевского, когда тот рвался к кинозалу спасать младшую сестру, и тем спас парню жизнь, сестра умерла, дочь Сергея тоже, хотя мужчина пытался прорваться к школьницам
Выбросил 11-летнего сына Сергея из окна и Евгений Москаленко. С ним были также жена и маленькая дочь, но их отрезало пожаром. Умерли все, кроме Серёжи.
- Дмитрий Заречнев, выведя жену и сына, услышал, что в кинозале заперты ещё дети, и попытался прорваться сквозь огонь и дым к залу, но не смог, получил отравление

- Часть детей из детского зала вывел работник ТЦ Станислав Соболев, который находился в глубине зала; позже в сети распространили кусок видео, обрезанный так, чтобы действия Станислава по приходу в зал были неполностью видны, комментирующий видео голос сообщил, что именно Станислав поджёг зал, это опровергается двумя сотрудниками, бывшими в зале именно в момент прихода Станислава и поздоровавшимися с ним, но Соболева в итоге травят в сети :(
- Администратор салона обуви Фарзон Салилов и его охранник и знакомый Махмуд Художаев, собираясь спасаться и увидев, что люди никак не могут пройти на первый этаж (образовалась настоящая давка возле эскалаторов), стали хватить и звать пробегающих и выводить их через рабочий выход магазина; им двоим также стали помогать посетители ТЦ, в том числе сносить вниз по лестнице людей в колясках; всего слаженная работа сориентировавшихся работников и посетителей помогла выйти из ТЦ около полусотне людей
- Фотограф Евгений, который пришёл снимать день рождения, использовал свой опыт аниматора, чтобы быстро собрать несколько (30???) детей и повести их вниз, он также, намочивмайку и прижимая её к отцу, пытался вернуться, узнав, что остались на этаже 4 ещё дети, но не смогла дойти до оставшихся
- 16летняя дочь сотрудницы София Сигачкова сидела у ближнего, самого большого, кинозала и в нём громко сообщила о пожаре, пока она это делала, коридор уже сильно заволокло дымом. София продолжала помогать людям искать выход, хорошо зная ТЦ, и сама чуть не задохнулась, её на руках вытащил знакомый, Данил Степанов
- как выяснилось позже, Софию усылашли не все, но, по счастью, две взрослые билетёрши повторили тревогу в залах, где шли "Тихоокеанский рубеж" и "Кролик", и вышли из залов в итоге всё; к сожалению, никто не предупредил посетителей зала, где смотрели "Шерл?6?
