В Петербурге представят испанские плакаты 30-х годов.
В Российской национальной библиотеке в понедельник откроется выставка плакатов Испанской республики 1930-х годов"Vincere aut mori! Победа или смерть!", сообщает пресс-служба РНБ.
"На выставке будут представлены уникальные плакаты из коллекции Отдела эстампов РНБ, посвященные борьбе испанского народа с профашистским режимом Франко в 1936-1937 гг", - говорится в сообщении.
В РНБ отметили, что большинство экспонатов выставки было передано в дар библиотеке испанским правительством в 1937 году.
"Как ценнейший исторический материал их присылали также русские моряки, летчики, танкисты, оборонявшие Мадрид, переводчики, журналисты, писатели, сотрудничавшие с "Испанской ассоциацией культурных связей с СССР", - отмечают в пресс-службе.
Кроме плакатов на выставке покажут материалы фотохроники 1930-х годов. Экспозицию дополнят тематические книги и альбомы XX века из фондов РНБ.

In St. Petersburg will present Spanish posters of the 30s.
An exhibition of posters of the Spanish Republic of the 1930s "Vincere aut mori! Victory or death!" Will open at the Russian National Library on Monday, the NLB press service reports.
"The exhibition will feature unique posters from the collection of the Department of prints of the National Library of Belarus, dedicated to the struggle of the Spanish people with the pro-fascist regime of Franco in 1936-1937," the statement said.
The NLR noted that most of the exhibits were donated to the library by the Spanish government in 1937.
"As the most valuable historical material, they were also sent by Russian sailors, pilots, tankers who defended Madrid, translators, journalists, writers who collaborated with the Spanish Association of Cultural Relations with the USSR," the press service said.
In addition to posters, the exhibition will show photographs from the 1930s. The exposition will be supplemented by thematic books and albums of the 20th century from the MFN funds.
