Сегодня решала кейс "если родителям не отдают ребенка из школы".
По мотивам недавнего поста (см. пост https://vk.com/elinaarsenyeva?w=wall68841_12606).
Сегодня в школе мне Дагмар... не отдали. Дальше были маски-шоу с нарядом полиции. С ее помощью отбила, все дома, все здоровы.
Детали:
В связи с нововведением "не пускать родителей в школу" схема предлагается такая: родители звонят детям или учителям, дитя спускается к родителю. Не предусмотрены схемой случаи:
- когда мобильного нет у родителя или ребенка
- когда телефон не отвечает у ребенка или учителя
Вторая ситуация сегодня и случилась.
Кружок заканчивается в 17 (информация от преподавателя). В 17.30 дочки еще нет. Телефон не отвечает. Иду к охраннику, который должен "не пущая", осуществлять вызов нужного человека.
Он за несколько дней, видимо, задолбался звонить учителям сам и теперь показывает в списке номер учителя, которому родители звонят уже сами.
Номер учителя оказывается вне доступа.
И тут система заходит в тупик.
Пост покидать охранник не может, ребенка искать не собирается. Пустить в школу для самостоятельных поисков тоже не может. Связи с персоналом внутри школы нет.
Вариантов решения не предлагает - "это не мои проблемы".
Подтвердить присутствие ребенка в школе при этом не берется никто. Спрашиваю - "вы не отдаете - ей что, ночевать здесь?" - "не мои проблемы".
Иду в полицию, рассказываю ситуацию, со мной выезжает наряд прямо в школу. Еще по дороге в отделение я позвонила классному руководителю (в тот момент ее в школе не было), чтобы она была в курсе и со своей стороны могла позвонить кому-нибудь из администрации школы.
Забегали, нашли дочку, отправили ее в гардероб за одеждой и ждать меня.
При этом мне НЕ позвонили, и всерьез всей администрацией обсуждали, кто повезет Дагмар домой (куда? У нее и ключей нет).
Это все выяснилось, когда мы с полицейскими вернулись в школу для решительных действий.
По своей инициативе до меня дозвонилась только классная руководительница, когда мы с полицейскими уже почти приехали в школу.
Как я понимаю, это придется повторять всякий раз, как дочка и учительница одновременно будут вне доступа.

He doesn’t offer any solutions - “these are not my problems”.
In this case, no one is taken to confirm the presence of the child at school. I ask - "you don’t give it back to her, do you want to spend the night here?" - "not my problem."
I’m going to the police, telling the situation, an outfit is leaving me straight to school. On the way to the department, I called the class teacher (at that time she was not at school) so that she was in the know and for her part could call someone from the school administration.
They ran in, found a daughter, sent her to the wardrobe for clothes and wait for me.
At the same time, they did NOT call me, and they seriously discussed with the whole administration who would take Dagmar home (where? She has no keys).
It all became clear when the police and I returned to school for decisive action.
