1. Памятник Коту Елисею и кошке Василисе
Кошка Василиса расположилась на втором этаже карниза в доме № 3 на Малой Садовой, а напротив в доме № 8 восседает важный кот Елисей и наблюдает за прохожими. По одной из версий, это памятник ярославским кошкам, которые спасли ленинградцев от полчищ крыс в блокаду. И конечно они помогут исполнить желание, если добросить монетку до карниза.

2. Тишина Матроскина
На карнизе мансарды дома 16 по улице Правды, где находилась мастерская «Митьков» появилась Тишина Матроскина — знаменитая кошка, которая гуляет сама по себе. День установки скульптуры, 8 июня, объявлен праздником - «День петербургского кота». В 2007 году Тишина Митьковна Матроскина переехала на ул. Марата в дом 34 вместе с художниками (мастерская Митьков теперь находится рядом в 36 доме.)

3. Чёткий Кот на камне
Канонерский остров вначале имел финское название Киссаисаари (kissaisaari) , что означало Кошачий остров. В память об этом, перед зданием портовой конторы острова была установлена скульптура. Кот с Канонерского острова – это реальный пацанёнок, одетый в брюки, рубаху, кепку, ботинки, на шее кота висит косынка.

4. Три кота в Петергофе
Недалеко от Красного пруда возле скамеек устроились три гранитных кошки. С их появлением стало намного уютнее. С кисками всегда можно поговорить, почесать за ушком и даже загадать желание. А чтобы оно исполнилось, надо шепнуть его на ушко кошке. Народная молва гласит, что у белой просят мира в семье, у черной – защиты от недоброжелателей, а у рыжей красавицы – смелости и решительности. Этих удивительных кошек подарил Петергофу скульптор Николай Карлыханов.

5. Памятник верному коту Тотти (Тутти)
Говорят кот Тотти (Тутти) не смог жить без своей хозяйки, финской поэтессы Эдит Ирене Сёдергран, жившей в селе Райволо (сейчас п. Рощино, Ленинградская область, Выборгский район) . Когда поэтесса умерла от туберкулеза, Тотти пришёл на её могилу и не сходил с места, ничего не ел и не пил, и вскоре умер. Вероятно, такая преданность и стала поводом к установке памятника. Автор скульптуры: Нина Терно.

6. Памятник учёному коту
Кованый кот учёный расположился между школой и детским садом. Перед котом книги, в одной из них написано: «Счастье там, где ты». Говорят, что если загадать желание и потереть очки у кота, то желание обязательно сбудется. Лучше всего эта примета работает, если желание касается образования.

7. Памятник подопытной кошке
На гранитном постаменте высечены высказывания о кошках Конрада Лоренца, Бернарда Шоу и других знаменитостей. Открытие памятника состоялось 14 ноября 2002 года во дворе главного здания СПбГУ. Надпись на памятнике гласит: «Человечество обязано быть бесконечно благодарным кошке, подарившей миру великое множество первостепенных открытий в физиологии». Этот 1-ый памятник кошке установлен в Санкт-Петербурге на Университетской набережной, во дворе главного корпуса Петербургского государственного университета. Скульптор памятника: А. Г. Дёма. Целых четыре кота бдительно охраняют входы в здание. Они попарно замерли над каждым парадным входом в виде барельефов. В их позах нет ни подобострастия, ни ожидания. Коты-стражи дома Алюшинского горды и прекрасны, вышколены и независимы. Техника выполнения деталей, общая архитектура дома – яркий пример стиля модерн.

Дружная парочка из дерева, покрашенного под бронзу встречает всех прибывающих в Кронштадт по воде. У кота на груди «медальон» с надписью «Хочу все и сразу», а у Пса — медаль «За верную службу». Кот приветствует гостей стихотворными пожеланиями:
Желаю Вам здоровья и любви,
Достатка в доме, исполнения мечты,
И чтобы жить не от зарплаты до зарплаты.
А если вдруг споткнетесь Вы,

Шуточный памятный знак установлен на Зимней пристани Кронштадта 1 июля 2012 г. в День работников Морского и речного флота России. Автор - местный краевед, экскурсовод, историк Александр Еськов.
