Почему я поддерживаю принятый в США список Магнитского?
Ведь по мнению многих это вмешательство поганых пиндосов в наши великие внутренние дела. Возможно, я продался гнилому западу и теперь заодно с американским империализмом? Улики-то весьма веские - я был в США 5 раз, а это уже практически равносильно продаже Родины.
Если серьезно, то особенно после последних процессов в Министерстве Обороны и ГЛОНАСе стало еще более очевидно, что коррупция в нашей стране - инструмент управления, а борьба с ней - способ соперничества кланов, каждый из которых запятнан миллиардами украденных из бюджета денег. Вовсю трубят о 100-150 миллионных хищениях, а открыто вынутые из бюджета 250 миллионов долларов до сих пор не привлекают большого внимания к себе со стороны следственных органов. Хм... нет, я похоже ошибаюсь. Привлекают. И вешают все это на Hermitage Capital и самого Магнитского, попутно легитимизируя это в головах людей через телевидение, которое нет-нет, да скажет, что юрист, конечно, погиб в тюрьме, но что-то у него нечисто. Виноват ли он? С точки зрения фигуратнов этого дела - Павла Карпова, Артема Кузнецова, Ольги Степановой, понастроивших себе квартир и вилл в Эмиратах, его вина неоспорима и заключается в том, что он начал стучать на них, когда те увидели классную возможность хапнуть из бюджета 5,4 миллиарда рублей. На руках у Магнитского было достаточно документов, чтобы тех объял ужас, чтобы они решили, что единственный способ - это упрятать его в тюрьму и пытать. То, что происходило с Магнитским - это именно пытки, задача которых была - заставить его отказаться от намерений придать этому делу законный ход. Магнитский был уверен в себе и понимал, что до смерти его не доведут, что это аукнется его мучителям боком. Ни те, кого сейчас принято называть каста неприкасаемых, ни сам юрист не могли даже предполагать, что в России настолько развалились госудраственные институты, что за 3 года дело не то, что не сдвинулось с мертвой точки, а делается все, чтобы это дело спустить на тормозах.
За эти 3 года мне (на мой взгляд) всем стало понятно, что Российское государство не способно или не хочет наказать убийц и мучителей. Каждый из нас должен задать себе простой вопрос: хочу ли я, чтобы воры и убийцы остались без наказания? Хочу ли я, чтобы безнаказанность правящего класса продолжала процветать? Ответы на этот вопрос на мой взгляд очевидны. Клюей, Карпов, Кузнецов, Степанова и многие другие должны быть наказаны. То, что предлагает США - это не то, что не наказание, это мелочь - им запрещен въезд и счета в США. Большиству наших людей эти блага даром не нужны. Американцы здраво решили, что не хотят у себя этих людей, а рассчитывать на доказательство их вины в нашем суде не приходится. Это никакое не вмешательство во внутренние дела России, это попытка (и вполне здравая) оградить американское общество от легализации этих воровских денег и от встраивания в него убийц. И пусть это очень маленький шаг, все равно очень здорово, что Америка его сделала, указав нам на удручающую ситуацию в нашей так называемой правоохранительной и судебной системе. Ради памяти Сергея Магнитского, ради его (не побоюсь этого слова) подвига против Российской коррупции считаю, что каждый уважающий себя человек должен поддержать все меры против воров и убийц, даже если эти меры принимаются на гнилом и ненавистном многим западе.

What happened to Magnitsky was precisely the torture, the task of which was to force him to abandon his intentions to give this case a legitimate move. Magnitsky was confident in himself and understood that he would not be brought to death, that this would come to his tormentors sideways. Neither those who are now called the untouchables caste, nor the lawyer himself could even suggest that state institutions have collapsed in Russia so much that in 3 years it’s not just a matter of progress, but everything is being done to bring this matter down to brakes.
During these 3 years, I (in my opinion) all realized that the Russian state is not capable or does not want to punish killers and tormentors. Each of us must ask ourselves a simple question: do I want thieves and murderers to remain without punishment? Do I want the impunity of the ruling class to continue to flourish? The answers to this question are obvious in my opinion. Kluei, Karpov, Kuznetsov, Stepanova and many others should be punished. What the United States offers is not that it is not punishment, it is a trifle - they are forbidden to enter and bills in the United States. Most of our people do not need these benefits for nothing. The Americans sensibly decided that they did not want these people at home, and there was no reason to count on proof of their guilt in our court. This is no interference in the internal affairs of Russia, it is an attempt (and quite robust) to protect American society from the legalization of these thieves' money and from embedding killers in it. And even though this is a very small step, it’s still very cool that America took it, pointing out to us the depressing situation in our so-called law enforcement and judicial system. For the sake of Sergey Magnitsky’s memory, for the sake of his (I’m not afraid of this word) feat against Russian corruption, I believe that every self-respecting person should support all measures against thieves and murderers, even if these measures are taken in a rotten and hateful West.
